It was a major turn off that ultimately had me coming to the studio less and less until a bunch of their teachers who had been there for years quit due to unethical business practice and seeing the behavior that Lauren exhibited. She doesn't understand the difference between confidence and egotistical. Theres a reason so many teachers and students left this studio last year. I would stay far away from this place and give your money to people who deserve it.

As our clinical instructor, she got to know each and every one of us personally and had so many 1:1 teaching moments that I have never experienced before. She truly cared about course material, but most importantly, she cared about us personally, beyond our education. After graduation, I set my standards high and applied to one singular position, confident in my skills from her teachings. I was offered the role with no prior CNA work experience, and my peers and superiors were surprised with my base knowledge from day one. All 3 teachers helped her in different ways and they were all so wonderful. This year, she has been with Ms. Diamond. Ms. Diamond is rainbows, magic, and sparkles mixed all together. My child loves her and I know she always has the best intentions for all of her students. My child has improved in many different ways and we're so glad to have Creative Day as a part of our village. My family is truly so lucky to have them. We are so sad to be transitioning out of Ms. Diamonds class, but so excited to get to work with the other teachers as my child continues to grow.

I've been going to Red Studio for the past 3.5 years, Red, the owner, has taught me everything I know about pole and as someone who attends class at least twice a week, I can honestly say it's become one of my favorite places to be. I truly can't imagine a better place to learn pole. The owner is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. She's incredibly patient and has a way of making you believe in yourself even when you're struggling with a new trick. She's also very talented and creates such a fun, supportive atmosphere. One of the things I love about Red Studio is the amazing community the owner has created. It's a positive and judgment-free environment where everyone wants to see you succeed. Not only is the instruction exceptional, but the classes are also very affordable. The studio is well equipped and has everything you need. She provides rubbing alcohol, towels, grip, crash mats, and even tripods so you can record your progress. There's also plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Something else I really appreciate is how professional the owner is. She has clear studio policies and expectations that help keep classes organized, safe, and respectful, but they're never overbearing. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for everyone while making sure the studio remains a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable. Pole has become so much more than just a workout for me. Red Studio has helped me become stronger, more confident, and more in tune with my body. I'm so grateful to have found this studio. I LOVE it here. I am a month and a half into my pole fitness journey as a beginner and Red has been so helpful, kind, encouraging, and sweet during the journey. She gives several options of moves depending on your level and she always leads with "whatever you're comfortable with". I love it so much I updated my membership to be able to come more often than once a week. I only have nice things to say and she treats everyone with the same generosity.
