Even though they take their time that doesn't mean they are slow. Pretty quick and pretty positive crew. I had 7 different guys over a 2 day move. I think these guys are all friends and work well together. Experts to select to move on or off West Point. My friend recommended them and I'm recommending them. These guys are great my only reservation is the price, but it is what it is. The price might be worth it for piece of mind. Good business. I think it's small and family owned, support this business!

Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

I asked for movers to come the next day to move my things from my house to a storage unit 30 minutes away. Almost immediately, AW Express responded to set up a phone consultation and give me a quote. Joe gave me his number, and we had a quick phone call and his services included everything- his team, truck, extra packing materials!

They then brought our stuff up to Catskill and loaded it into our house, and this was not an easy move, yet they remained cheerful and upbeat, even taking a bunch of heavy things up to the attic. This was a very difficult day for them and they responded like the professionals they are. I would hire them again in a second if I ever need to, and I highly recommend them for your moving needs. The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.
