Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.

This company is much less expensive and better rated than PODS for long distance, non-storage moves. Apparently for good reason! I asked for movers to come the next day to move my things from my house to a storage unit 30 minutes away. Almost immediately, AW Express responded to set up a phone consultation and give me a quote. Joe gave me his number, and we had a quick phone call and his services included everything- his team, truck, extra packing materials!

This is a guy who rents trucks, pulls kids out of class as a crew and says he can conduct out of state packs and moves. He absolutely cannot. He's a smooth talker and very charming but is chaotic, unreliable and shady. He never showed up for a scheduled walkthrough, did not show up to pack as quoted and tried to tell me that I rescheduled my own move to the following month. After days of unanswered texts and calls before a 6 thousand dollar quoted move he finally responded and acted like everything was all good. He then arrived 3 hours late and one man short and you can imagine how to move went after that. And of course he tried to charge me the same rate as he quoted me with a 4 man crew when he only had 3. Maybe he can help you with quick small moves around town. But do not pay a premium rate for amateur service.

But he threw a tantrum instead and insists on dragging this out and making it exponentially worse for himself. Well done sir. 01/02/26: No stars of I could. Seems to have scammed us. From the owner: Benefits of Hiring Professional Hot Tub Movers…read more Moving a hot tub is extremely difficult, even for a group of well-meaning friends and some furniture dollies (let alone one person). Attempting to move a hot tub by yourself puts you at risk for personal injury as well as an injury for those you ask to help. Is DIY-ing it really worth a week on the couch with a back injury? In addition to endangering yourself or others helping to move, the hot tub (whether it's brand-new hot tub or not) is also at risk for damage. If something should go wrong and the whole thing topples, you could risk puncturing the watertight seal, damaging a jet or heating element, or something more serious. Although cost may deter you from hiring professionals to move your hot tub, there are many benefits to hiring help. First, a professional hot tub moving company will have enough manpower to physically maneuver the spa. They are also equipped with professional hot tub movers who have experience in this field. They
