Like I said in the previous review; it's like they were moving their own furniture. One of their truck's is across the street, moving someone out of the complex. It's not unusual to see someone moving; most of the time it's with U-Haul. I'm watching the movers bringing the people's furniture out of the building. Everything seems to be wrapped in plastic to keep it from getting wet and damaged. The guys are working fast. I don't know the family. I do know they'll be happy with the service they get from Triangle Movers. I hope they do a Yelp review.

They gave one excuse after another. When you pay $10,000 to have your stuff moved out of state, you don't expect to have your stuff, stolen and broken and your outdoor furniture disassembled and laying on your front lawn in a heap. The truck drivers who loaded and unloaded my container were excellent--they answered all of my questions, provided clear timelines, and kept me updated with calls when they left the unit and when they arrived at my home. Their communication was always on point. The only downside was that my container was extremely dirty, almost as if it had been used to transport charcoal. Because of this, I strongly recommend wrapping items in blankets and stretch wrap to prevent them from getting stained. Unfortunately, my mattress cover was ripped during the move and ended up with black marks. Overall, the professionalism and communication stood out, but I do wish the container had been in better condition.
