I like this store but the service is truly lacking at times. The positive is the store is large and generally has a great selection of items I see online and then venture to review in person. If you can get over the scented sachets, it's a good store to spend some time in. I appreciate the coupons they offer and the Kclub for rewards. Easy to earn points for $10 vouchers off next purchase. I ventured in and bought Betsy. Now Betsy is a beloved cow canvas print that many people have and I can't believe I opted for it, but something about her eyes drew me in. I used a store coupon on top of the sale and saved a ton! I also bought a large wrought iron and wood piece. I was searching for lamps which I think they have some great deals on. The entire time I was in there, no one asked if I needed help. I did since I decided I wanted a Betsy print that was hanging on the wall. I flagged down a sales rep and he assisted. He was great about showing me three different canvases. All were slightly different. He left the final selection up front for me to purchase. When I was done, I went to check out and no one came over. I stood there. I looked around and three sales reps were all decorating or moving items from one area to another. Another customer lined up behind me asking if anyone was checking customers out. Since it's a decor store, I respect the need to keep the decor fresh but checking customers out should be a priority. One rep looked up saw the line and told another rep to assist since she was finishing up before her break. Others gathered in line. The rep came over and began to ring me up. I was pretty quick with my coupon access on my phone so it was a fast sale. I suggest having your coupon ready before approaching the counter because the internet at the counter is intermittent and you may not have the ability to pull up coupons via your phone for your purchase. I will say Kirkland's has some good deals and nice items but always check everything before purchasing. read more
