I have always enjoyed the unique designs Kirkland's offers and have purchased from them multiple times. I love how they bring the seasons to life--it feels almost like stepping into a Hallmark moment. Their collections create a wonderland of products to fit every occasion, often paired with great promotional deals. Unlike other stores, you don't have to wait until the end of the season to enjoy discounts. Kirkland's makes it possible to enjoy special purchases right away, which has always kept me coming back. This time, though, something went very wrong. I had been eyeing a mirror for over six months, but it was out of my budget. However, eventually I knew Kirkland's would come through and offer one of their great sales. And I was thrilled when I received an email showing it at 50% off, 50% off, I couldn't believe it and couldn't wait to enjoy my mirror. While traveling outside, I discovered there was a Kirkland's nearby. Excited, I rushed to the store with the picture and SKU. To my disappointment, I was told the mirror was not part of the promotion or this particular item was only available online. Slightly discouraged but not upset, I decided I would just order it online. Unfortunately, because we were in a rural area, the wifi wasn't strong, so my daughter suggested we wait until we got closer to Alliance to complete the purchase and by then we discovered that it was indeed offered in the store. The promotion looked fresh, so I wasn't worried. But this is where the experience turned unexpectedly negative. I stopped by the Alliance Town Center location (9550 Sage Meadow Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76177), I was treated in a way that felt dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly, borderline discriminatory. When I walked in, no one was at the register. A clerk soon arrived with another customer, so I waited patiently. Another associate approached me, and I explained I was looking for a particular mirror. She discovered there were four in the back, but instead of simply resolving the matter, she repeatedly apologized without explanation, kept looking nervously toward other customers, and even whispered to the manager in a way that made me feel like I was being accused of something. I wasn't sure what was happening, but the whole interaction felt odd and uncomfortable. Eventually, I had the opportunity to visit with the manager and was able to explain what transpire with the other store. However, the manager told me the promotion had ended Sunday and had the other store simply rang up the mirror it would have shown 50% off. I understand promotions have deadlines and wasn't upset about a mistake. Situation, circumstances, mistakes happen. What upset me was the way I was treated: shuffled around, made to wait twice, ignored while other customers were checked out ahead of me, and I left with a sense that I was being handled rather than helped. As I was leaving, the one associate condescending remarked, "Well, you can purchase the mirror at full price," only to be hushed by the manager. I don't understand why it had to be that way. Maybe the staff were having a bad day, maybe they don't enjoy their work, but it was a terrible customer experience, and in my strongest opinion both the associate and the manager did not represent Kirkland's well. I still LOVE Kirkland's and will continue to shop there, but sadly, I'll now go out of my way to avoid that store. I am still hopeful that I'll be able to purchase the mirror someday, but this experience left me disappointed and disheartened. Oh, and the customers that I was push back at the end of the line behind them. They were super people, better people than these two staff members. read more

If you stop in too close to 7:00pm ( when they close) they will make it very clear you are NOT welcome there.

This store in Lakeworth was unorganized, and the day manager was very rude to me after hanging up on me twice, asking her about the items I purchased. May 30, 2024. My visit will not be at this location ever! read more

I just love Kirkland's and this store doesn't disappoint. From the moment you walk in the door you are in the season! The smells are wonderful. Then the selection of items is unique and great value. I always leave with a bargain and very happy! read more

I went into Kirklands looking for a console table.. found one right when we walked in. Beth stopped to help us and I asked if she had another one in the back (we wanted 2) after she searched in the back for quite some time.. asking another associate for help I THEN decided I didn't want that one and wanted another. Had her start the process all over again. She could not have been nicer and willing to help. When we finally paid I made her job more difficult trying to use multiple different visa gift cards (just got married and was trying to use them up) and she again was nothing but happy to help. I love Kirkland's. My sister introduced me to this store a few years ago (down in south Austin on Brodie) and I fell in love. I mean what's not to love. Beautiful decor. Holiday decide is tastefully executed. . not like you would find at a regular department store. Its really super nice and prices that cannot be beat. My dad was a Glazier...and well, needless to say we had lots of mirrors and glass in our home, I still do. And since my dad is no longer here I have to find pieces worth buying. Something I know he'd approve of. And while it may not be the very best top notch quality, it is all well worth having in your home. They have everything including lamps, floor lamps, cabinets, stands, huge wall arts that are gorgeous., mirrors (small and large), floor vases, little knick knacks for the young ones, stuff for every single room in your house. Beautiful. I could spend all day in there. My heart belongs to Kirkland's. My daddy would approve! read more

I'm not sure why the previous reviews rated it any less than 5. Some of them are older reviews so maybe new management or staff? But I first went into this store on Black Friday this year and received that same customer service I've received when I was the only person in the store. We are redecorating our house and the girl who helped us shopped the store and continued bringing us ideas of what we were looking for. She even helped other people in the process, never leaving us unattended or waiting. I absolutely love this store and recommend it to everyone. read more

Love this location. They always have the items I am looking for that I have either seen online or were out of at another location. It seems as though this location is not a very busy one or something. It's hardly ever crowded, they always have items in stock, and there is lots of help available from staff if you need. They have some of the cutest holiday décor -- especially for Christmas time. They run sales and you earn points when you shop here if you sign up for their free rewards program, so be sure to do that if you like Kirklands. read more

My number one complaint is the horribly strong fragrance that envelopes you when you walk in and then as you're browsing your nose hairs are burning off and yours eyes are retreating further into your head. I literally do not shop here for that very reason, it's so strong! read more

The Kirkland's in Lake Worth and the Kirkland's in the Hulen area were very helpful and available. Kirkland's here not so much. Show two items in inventory so we drove from Lake Worth hoping we would find one of them there since their phones are not working. Waste of time as they did not have the item we needed so now we are headed to Hulen where they graciously checked and double-checked the right item is on the floor. read more

I love kirkland's stores, but I refuse to ever go to this location again. The head manager I assume, bosses around her sales staff like they are dirt underneath her feet. Every time I go in there, she always has a nasty attitude and I'm surprised her employees haven't turned her into HR by now. I truly hope things change for the sake of this store because if I were the staff, I would refuse to work for such an awful woman. read more
