But the buyer was to confused on whom to believe, an actual foundation company or an inspector who doesn't know anything about structure if he can't find a crack but yet kept saying it was structure, lol oh well guess what, the Mason company came out and fixed the expansion joint above the window, he said it happens all the time where the builder doesn't put enough expansion joints by windows. Something an inspector should know, not just immediately go to, oh it's structural.

I did have to email a lot and give bad reviews in order to have the situation rectified However, simple solar did come back and fix the situation. The whole home energy audit still did not happen. However my electric company does that for $75 and when I informed simple solar they gave me $75 to have that done. I received my first year payment and a little extra compensation for all the trouble I went through to have this done.
