Place has shade on a hot day for kids to play and enough seating arrangements for 4 families. Small but my kids had fun. So I loved it.

Very clean and well maintained facility though shower area is dated. Life guards are friendly but…read morevery attentive. They seem to rotate them out ever 30 minutes to an hour but you should always keep a close eye on young children. Better yet enroll them in one of the many safety/swim courses. Only issue could be finding close parking during peak times.

This is perfect for little kids but not so much for older kids. There is a lifeguard there at all times, only watching this splashpad, which is very cool. Still must be very watchful as a parent. I wish there was more shade for seated, watching parents, but so be it. There is a shady picnic grassy area adjacent to the splash pad that can easily be used to host a birthday party. The picnic tables are not close enough to the splashpad to be able to watch your kids from here. This whole area is fenced in and only accessible by coming through the front of the Aquatic Center's check in gate. Then only those who purchase additional tickets can enter this area to use the splash pad. My friend brought coolers and had a nice party here. We first noticed the splash pad during swimming lessons here. Since it is inside of the Aquatic Center, it is not very visible from the road. Please note that only bathing suits are allowed; no normal shorts are allowed. They will enforce this! Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

I've never been to this aquatic center so the 2 stars is based off of the hours of operation. I'm…read moreextremely disappointed that they have a really cool splash pad for the kids but only open a few times a week with horrible hours. You'd think a big splash pad in the middle of PBG would be open Monday - Sunday with decent hours. It really doesn't make sense. Please change your hours so me and I'm sure a lot of other families can come and enjoy the aquatic center!!!!

I normally don't leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel others…read moreshould know. I signed up for adult private swim lessons, paying $225 for what was supposed to be personalized instruction to improve my stroke and breathing. What I got was one unstructured session in the kiddie pool--just swimming back and forth with no technique correction, no feedback, nothing. It felt like the instructor had no idea what to do. When I brought this up, I was told the training manager would attend a future lesson to train the instructor during my session. That's not acceptable. I didn't sign up to pay for someone else's training session--I signed up for my lesson. Even worse, I found out the training manager had already been watching the original lesson and allowed it to happen that way. So how is anything going to improve? I asked to cancel and get a refund, and was told flat-out "no" due to policy--no apology, no ownership, no attempt to make things right. Also worth noting: the reception staff was rude and unwelcoming when I arrived, which set a bad tone from the start. I can't recommend this place for adult swim lessons. Between the lack of professionalism, poor instruction, and dismissive customer service, I left completely disappointed.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why my folks didn't bring us here every weekend as a kid…read moregrowing up in Plantation. This water park is fantastic. I came with my two kids (3 and 6), my parents, my brother and his family (1 and 6) and my high school friends and their kids (9 and 12) and EVERYONE had a blast! The key was to get there early so you could enjoy all the attractions without the lines that form as the day goes on. We found loungers right away, grabbed tubes and hit the lazy river, and after a few relaxing laps, we headed for the splash pad. My 3 year old didn't leave there for the rest of the day. He was completely enthralled with all of the splash features, water slides, and fun that surrounded him. The water was just deep enough that he could float around on his stomach but not deep enough to ever be too worried. The older kids and myself hit the big slides, which were a blast. For a small waterpark, these were solid. The design kept you on your toes and they picked up enough speed to give you a little rush. They have an onsite cafe but they also allow you to bring in your own cooler, which is amazing! We packed a picnic and had a great lunch as a group. The one pro-tip I have is to book a FUNBRELLA! We thought about it too late, but these shaded pavilions are perfect for groups and reasonably priced so you don't even need a special occasion to get one. Sure I remembered it being much bigger, but Paradise Cove delivered!

We went on a week day and it was not crowded, which was nice. The only downside, is that a lot of the slides are enclosed so they are dark. It took a minute for my daughter to get used to. She can not wait to go back.

The service was great, Diego was very attentive and always passing by to check in on us, very nice. The slides were insane but soo much fun. There is one slide that I definitely did not go on because it was crazy, you stand into it and out of no where it drops you. It looks very scary lol Definitely would come back again to spend the day here. The lazy river was very nice and relaxing until our friends got wild. But overall it was very fun.

We arrived right when the park opened at 10 AM on a Wednesday, and were greeted by a super friendly staff. They helped us complete waivers for each student. It was easy to do on your phone or the tablets they provided. After getting our wristbands, we headed straight for the beach chairs right in front of the slides. Great view, great energy! The kids were hyped and didn't waste a second before running up the stairs to hit the slides. There are about 3-4 slides total (one was down for maintenance), and even though it's a bit of a hike to the top, they didn't mind one bit. Meanwhile, I was loving the lazy river right behind us. So calm. So peaceful. 10/10 would recommend. There's also a big pool with tons of lounge chairs that the students loved, and a splash zone for the younger ones that was also a hit. One thing I really appreciated as a chaperone? There were plenty of lifeguards stationed throughout the park. I never had to second guess the kids' safety. They were being watched from every angle. That gave me so much peace of mind. We ordered pizza and burgers for lunch, and I the pizza tasted even better this year. Im pretty sure they updated the recipe. The burgers and fries (for the chaperones) were bomb. Zero complaints! Food was kind of pricey though. ‍ I was very happy with the restrooms. Clean, air-conditioned, and playing music. Love that little touch. Best part? No rain this year! WE wrapped up around 2:15 PM after a fun and sunny day. Our poolside attendant was so kind and helpful. I hate that I can't remember his name, but he definitely made our experience even better. We'll be back for summer #4, no question!
