Honestly, I have never met Sharon in-person, only members of her team at the office in McLean. Throughout my tenure with her shop I mainly interacted with Kelly. Whenever I had a question about my policy (e.g. rate changes, coverage packages, and etc.) Kelly was always on top of it. So, when I purchased my first home in the area, I went to Kelly to see what State Farm could offer by bundling my auto and home insurance. Kelly and I worked on a dozen or so scenarios, but each quote was still more expensive than competitors. It soon became clear that we would have to part ways. Kelly knew it too. He leveled with me and said, "We know the value of money. And if you're not going to be with us, then you should know what to look for in a home insurance policy." Kelly coached me on how to find the best policy elsewhere, citing how other insurers do business. When I eventually cancelled my policy with State Farm, Kelly called me to make sure I got my refund on the remaining balance of my policy. When that got lost in the mail, he got the refund check resent. A personable, considerate and empathic guy, emblematic of my time with Sharon Godfery's team. I wish them all the best.

    Walked in to get set up with AAA car insurance in Virginia after moving here from California. There…read moreweren't any in-person agents available to see me, so the receptionist asked me to talk to an agent on the phone, gave me some scrap paper, and set me down in a random empty seat to talk to an agent on the phone. Unusual, but I went with it. I did end up getting a policy that was a decent price through Progressive (AAA partners with a number of other insurances in the area to give you the best deal), but my representative ended up adding my card to someone else's policy because she accidentally had their window open while taking my card information, which has ended up in $410.20 of excessive charges on my card, $167 of which has been refunded as soon as the OTHER customer realized the mistake, not the agent! The agent then insisted the issue is fixed, and then the rest hit me as re-occurring charges which is now supposedly fixed again but the refund is now stuck in limbo for a month while Progressive tries to send me a check via snail mail!... Totally unacceptable that they'd put my card info in someone else's account and then take so long to get the money back to me. Highly disappointed in my experience here.

Ripped me off with my teen drivers. I called a new Allstate agent who audited my policy and found over 30% in discounts that Nadimi never raised. Never once over the too many years did they actually call me to check in - ever! Never once did they call me with idea on how to improve my service or lower my policies. When they said they would send me something they rarely did. To cap it off, my home was randomly inspected, found to have some damage, Allstate told Nadimi but Nadimi never told me. Then I suddenly get letter that I will be dropped by Allstate in 45 days if not fixed. I have since come to learn that my agent was told many months before and was supposed to contact me about the issue. Why didn't I drop them sooner? Just too busy... but so glad with my new Allstate agent. I have complained to Allstate multiple times, they did give me list of other agents and I finally found one. Allstate should decertify and drop Nadimi.

But after meeting Lily for a few minutes I knew I was in the hands of someone I could trust and someone that would make the experience as painless as possible. She specializes in General dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, the thing that made her great is that she has a passion for both and is very good at explaining what needs to be done. In the end the patient is the one that decides what needs to be done but Lily always preached taking the most conservative approach which shows that she is more worried about the patient's longterm dental health rather than wallet. I would recommend Dr Nadimi to anyone ! 5 stars! Disan

It is so convenient! It is intuitive and a breeze to use for example to report a claim, a cracked windshield, schedule roadside assistance, or virtually anything you need to do to manage or use your policies! For example, driving to Ohio one Thanksgiving, we got a chip in our windshield and I reported it on the app., scheduled a repair at our destination, and received text updates regarding the repair which was fixed either that day or the next day at my Mother-in-law's house in Ohio! It doesn't get much easier than that! We had a nearly totaled automobile damage claim a couple of years ago and the Geico adjuster was so kind, thorough and easy to work with and kept us apprised of everything involving our claim throughout the entire repair process! Each time I have used their roadside assistance, their tow truck guys have always been on time, kind and courteous and have consistently done a great job, be it a lock out of a vehicle, a tire change, or just a "crapped out" vehicle. I've had windshield repairs done at my secure work facility, my home driveway, and my Mom-in-law's house that Geico arranged and paid in full, nearly every time. Their customer service for both automobile insurance and jewelry insurance is beyond kind! Every interaction via phone call has been positive with Geico resolving any confusion or issues each and every time. Their pricing is great, too! We have never been penalized, cost wise, for any claims we have had over the years! I shop our insurance around, especially prior to renewal, and Geico is easy to get quotes as well as being financially stable as they are AM Best rated as A++, or Superior, in terms of financial solvency. Thanks, Geico, for years of great service, great value, and great coverage options!

    My recent experience with GEICO during a claim involving my daughter's (who is a minor) vehicle was…read moreextremely frustrating. Despite providing detailed documentation, timestamped photos, and later video evidence, GEICO repeatedly relied on statements from the repair shop (Douglas Collision Center) that were inconsistent with the actual condition of the vehicle. During the first repair attempt, the shop created new damage to the car and then claimed I caused it. GEICO told me the shop had video proof, which turned out to be untrue. Even after this was clarified, GEICO continued to defer to the shop's statements without requesting any evidence from them or reviewing the photos I offered. The assigned adjuster was dismissive throughout the process and stated that GEICO had "fulfilled their duties" and would not assist further -- even though the dispute centered around damage the repair shop created and a repair process that I had withdrawn authorization for. My written complaint sent on November 13 received no response from her supervisor. Only after taking the car to an independent shop was the full extent of the defective repairs, bumper misalignment, paint flaws, and a missing underbody panel documented and corrected. That independent shop ultimately obtained payment from the original repair facility and Geico for the corrective work, confirming that the issues were not caused by us. My experience included: * GEICO relying on statements from a repair shop that were contradicted by evidence * A failure to investigate disputed facts before making claim decisions * Dismissive communication from the assigned adjuster * No response from the adjuster's supervisor despite written notification * A refusal to assist further even after new damage caused by the repair shop was proven Based on how this claim was handled, I can't recommend GEICO for situations that require careful investigation, fairness, or support when clear evidence contradicts a repair shop's statements.

    I strongly do not recommend Bridge First Insurance. My experience with them has been frustrating,…read morecostly, and revealing of serious gaps in their knowledge and customer care. I had an SR22 filing, a legal requirement that only the insurance company can see--not the customer. In June 2025, I sold my car and canceled the title. I then asked Bridge First to cancel my insurance. They did so without warning me that canceling an active SR22 policy would lead to automatic suspension of my driver's license. The cancellation was processed by Jessica, with no mention of the SR22, no questions asked, and no warning. A simple reminder would have saved me from losing my license, paying $175 in fees, and going through the stress of reinstating my driving privileges. When I called to understand what went wrong, I spoke with Wade, who was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of assisting, he said it wasn't their responsibility to check my file or remind me about the SR22. Worse, he tried to shift the blame to Progressive, insisting that they--not Bridge First--should have warned me. He also claimed he couldn't discuss the SR22 further unless I showed it to him or got it from the DMV--a clear sign he doesn't understand that SR22 filings are only visible to insurance providers, not consumers. As a result, I wasted another hour on hold with the DMV, only to confirm what Bridge First should have known all along. This is unacceptable. Bridge First Insurance acts as if they are only here to sell policies--not to support or protect their customers. They take no responsibility when things go wrong, and their staff clearly lack basic knowledge about what they're selling. They also refused to continue communication, leaving me to clean up the mess alone. If you're looking for a company that understands insurance and values its customers, look elsewhere. Bridge First will not stand by your side, and their negligence will cost you time, money, and unnecessary stress. They do not deserve the ratings they currently have.
