    Geicos face when I see them in court,

    Hey Geico, so you think that your practice in extortion will continue, do you think that lizard is cute enough for the atrocities that's your insurance doesn't cover and just because the police enforce your automobile insurance practices that you're somehow above ethical practice? That the profits you have bilked innocent senior's out of, their small social security checks that you've decimated for your greedy lifestyles leaving them penniless because you strongarm and threaten them with overdue bills and credit reports is how this works? Let's review, long ago the insurance salesman would go door to door begging for people to enjoy the security of having insurance and they slammed the door in your face insurance salesmen threw themselves off of cliffs from depression rejection and disapproval. Somehow thru stupid make light of mascots and cute little caveman stories you've duped yourself into believing you can continually manipulate and extort people because of the mandate in the seventies. If I stop paying you I'm not required to tell you a damn thing I've fired you pick up your pride and get the hell off my property . It's none of your business who I get insurance from now and your trespassing on my rights as an American citizen to privacy and the right to choose . Just because innocent senior's unknowingly overpay and your threats frighten them dosnt mean that ish works with me , so when your not covering me ,I haven't made a claim and I don't pay you ,you already cancelled my policy notified the police and began claims paperwork to extort me further by threatening credit and producing a bill that I'm under no obligation to pay you. When people pay insurance for ten years never have a claim never have an accident and pay you2500 to 10,000 dollars yearly or more cause that's a low-ball you've received 25,000 to 100,000 dollars and I miss one payment you cancel the policy notify the police and go about your passive extortion income day and I the loyal customer gets absolutely nothing in return ,no discount no money back I've essentially paid you for what if and there's no if to be paid mutiplty that by the millions of customer's you've extorted and we're talking big bucks now ,makes paying accident claims as little as possible seem like chicken scratch.compared to the trillions you rip from people's hard earned bank accounts. Well guess again , your ratings are so low you might just scrape bottom.And your going to be investigated for fraudulent activity ,elderly abuse , and extortion , unfair practices , aggressively manipulating people ,the list is growing because you know what you do is illegal , you've done enough to rape society of their freedoms and money .it's beyond plain to see that your big money scam days are dwindling,and a united society will be bearing down on you with full justice . If lawmakers and vehicle makers really wanted to save lives ,cut insurance costs,and save trillions in repairs ,medical bills , etc they could mandate vehicles that go no faster then 45 50 mph no more high speed related deaths no more chases dramatically decreasing speed related injuries therefore cheaper insurance. But the politics like the profits and the insurances rake it in while collaboration on several fronts team up to extort,steal and use people to get paid for nothing. Now your heads are so big that you think I'm going to pay you for insurance I won't have from Geico, no policypolicy because your fired and I will never use Geico again I'm not paying you for nothing you already got my money and never have you said thanks, sent me flowers gave a courtesy call nothing but raise my rates for nothing and complicate my life . You don't care and you'll be going out of business soon judging from your trac record , and when you're down on the street with no insurance don't come looking for me because If you see me you better cross the street and look away or I will eat you like a pack of wolves .

    I have been a client of this office for around 10 years if not more, and I'm currently in the…read moreprocess of transferring to a different office because of the recent decline in service and lack of attention to customer needs. This is unfortunate because I was happy with them for a while. However, the last few times I've reached out to them for time-sensitive important matters, it took an unreasonable time for them to respond or I would get no response unless I followed up. The service I received from a particular agent from this office most recently was very disappointing. Rather than taking the time to talk to me, give me detail options or give me a quote, she just quickly responded that I'd "probably get a better rate through the insurer my mortgage company is using" - even though my mortgage company highly recommended that I go through my private insurer for better rates. It just felt like the person didn't want to go through the hassle of looking into it or even calling me rather than a quick response via email. This is definitely not what I expect from a State Farm agent. I almost gave up and was just going to go with the crazy high rate for the required supplemental insurance through my lender, but then another State Farm agent reached out from a different office and they were more than happy to call and take the time to look up my options, find out more about my situation and what would work best for me - they were also super nice and made an effort to get to know me and offer me other plans I may want/need in the future without being pushy at all. In the end, this other agent was able to find me a rate that was only 1/3 of what my lender was quoting with much more comprehensive coverage! Anyway, like I said - I was happy with the service from this office the first several years, but I would be wary if you get similar service to what I received within the last year.

I have been with State Farm for several years and have never really…read morethought twice about them until recently, when I had, in rapid succession, one jewelry claim, one personal property claim (also for jewelry) and then a huge loss when a tree struck my home in September. State Farm was amazing, from my agent visiting my home personally to my adjuster who WAS AWESOME (go Gina B!), to the people on the phone, to the subcontractors, I could go on and on. When the tree hit, I was displaced with my two dogs. First I was moved to a pet-friendly hotel and then I was placed in a lovely pet-friendly apartment in Bethesda (my choice of location). I was out of my home for six months, so it was significant. Everyone made it so clear that the first order of business was my safety, my comfort and keeping inconveniences to a minimum. No one ever qualified any statements with any hint of things not being covered or me reaching my limits of coverage. I was amazed at how genuine and sincere everyone was. Not only that, but everyone was also on their game 100%. For many reason, I chose to sell my home after the damage was repaired, but one contributing factor was that I was certain that as fantastic as everyone was, business is, after all, business, so I thought for sure I would be dropped by State Farm and stuck with some cut-rate coverage at an astronomical rate. That said, no one ever even hinted at dropping me, and when I needed renters insurance, well, to quote a phrase, State Farm was there. They are also covering my rental property and car. State Farm, as long as you want to cover me, I'm yours for life. This experience was really harrowing, but would have been made so much worse if not for you. I kinda love you. xoxo
