I ended up having an infection and had to have TWO antibiotics to clear the infection up. Of course this was after I finished radiation because he would never look at my breast and I did not get the antibiotics from him. I got my antibiotics from my oncologist and my PCP. That is how bad my breast was. I would see Dr. Patel once a week. I tried to tell him what I am feeling on my breast and what it looks like. I would ask him if he wanted to see it he would say no it's just normal. That's all he would ever say it's normal once a week I asked him do you want to look at my breast to see what it looks like he said no it's normal. It was NOT normal. As a matter of fact, he had a reputation of being called the 30 second doctor with the women that would see him. There is another woman her breast was also infected. He would tell her the same thing it's normal and he would never look at her breast either. When I showed my breast to my oncologist at Memorial Hermann she was appalled. She said in over 20 years she has never seen anything like this. My PCP couldn't believe it either. I would not wish this type of pain on my worst enemy and the crying trying to put the anabiotic on the breast when it was hurting so bad I was in tears please do not go here and if you already are then good luck.

Noble did not contact me until the day of the appt. to confirm. In my opinion, prior to the appointment, the staff could have provided specific details about two things, their exact location and preparations to make prior to the procedure. First, There's two names near or on the facility, one on the building, Herman Memorial and the second on a marquee. After passing it up, I had to call to confirm the location. Second, even though I was informed to wear comfortable clothing, they overlooked the importance of not having certain hairstyles. For example, I was wearing a hairstyle with clip-ins. After two images were taken, the x-ray tech asked me to remove the clip-ins for the next image. I said absolutely not due to the timely process not to mention, my self- respect. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. I suggested to them that they provide more information about how to prepare for an MRI prior to the appointment instead of during the procedure. I feel that the time was not well used for me or them.

Referrals take forever, and they usually have to go in and fight about it. My parents waited 58 minutes to be called in, and then were in there for another 1.5 hr. What a shame that Medicare limits them so much with the doctors they can pick from, and they end up being stuck with this joke of a place. Worthless!!!!!

Billing stated a 6 - 8 week process to issue the refund. Millenium would not credit my VISA, only a check. However, to see Dr Khoury I owe Millenium 34.77$ that can not be pulled from the other 2 doctor credits plus I owe the 20$ charge for the office visit. A month was required to get Mileunium to correct a double charge for a single office visit (photo attached). I would love to discuss with the Millenium billing manager who will never respond. Millenium is all about money and screw the patient. I will revise this post upon recieving my 230$ refund.

My treatment plan for biopsy was delayed over two weeks because Townsen imaging cannot share my images correctly. I had to pay out of pocket for a repeat thyroid ultrasound at a different facility

She was a great help to me. The technician was also excellent. I really like the capes that I changed into for the exam. It was much nicer that the short paper cover up I had used in the previous facility. When my results came in as suspicious I was called and Megan helped me through the process of setting up further testing. I definitely recommend Solis.
