She was a great help to me. The technician was also excellent. I really like the capes that I changed into for the exam. It was much nicer that the short paper cover up I had used in the previous facility. When my results came in as suspicious I was called and Megan helped me through the process of setting up further testing. I definitely recommend Solis.

Avoid going there for MRI, CT Scan, and other services. The people who work there are…read moreunprofessional especially the office manager Rubi. I gave my fax number to Sandra after I did my MRI so she can fax me my results next day, and she made me sign the HIPPA form before leaving. I waited until next day, but didn't receive anything so I called Rubi who claimed to be the office manager, and she informed me that Sandra gave me the wrong information and she cannot fax me my results. This is a total nonsense and nonprofessional treatment by the employees. Rubi is not doing her job right by training her employees. I will never recommend their services to anyone. I am in the healthcare industry and I know for sure results can be faxed, but cannot be email or mailed. They just wanted a give me a hard time.

I came in February to get a mammogram and was told the results weren't good, to come back for another. This began a cat and mouse game of trying to figure out how much I would be charged and why? My insurance is also not the greatest but if Solis is requesting another test, I should have an order for it. This is why our medical system has deteriorated so much. It's unclear what patients truly do need and in the meantime we are sent to several different physicians, specialists, etc to be treated. It's exhausting. Now I'm in the waiting room waiting to get this over with again. I was pleased when I came in last year but this year something changed and I'm getting the runaround. Depending on how it goes today will determine if I come back this year.

Saturday. I didn't have to miss work or get up super early so that I could get to work at a decent time after getting my exam done. I checked in at 815 for an 830 appointment. I was heading out of the door at 840. The facilities were wonderful and the staff was great. I highly recommend them if you are looking for somewhere to go.

The reports have been poor, a 10 image study on a great dane with specific oblique dens study and history suggesting a need to rule out wobblers generated a report that basically said it was 10 images and was ok. Multiple attempts to contact the company including leaving messages induced no response. My recomendation is to look to your local veterinary school, VA Tech has so far proved a very capable, proffesional option.
