Automated HMI telephone prompts direct you to the department, then an agent assists. We set up an appointment without issue. 5/5. There's a small parking lot in front of the gated facility. It's a clean facility with ample lobby seating. 5/5 There were patients in line upon arrival, cordial competent staff completed tasks while discussing personal things. 5/5 Staff promptly called me for my appointment time. 5/5 Two floors in building with an additional smaller wait room upstairs. 5/5 My technician, Anthony, was efficient and friendly during procedure. 5/5 Everything ran smoothly during my visit. I was given an instruction sheet to access my scans immediately. Scans were available as promised, so, I'll await news from my doctor. 5/5 Informed Dr should have results in 48 hours. I would recommend HMI. 5/5 Always check with your insurance company for in network benefits coverage before visits to avoid costly errors.

I went through many eye tests, and exams at this practice the same day, before he came into the room to speak with me. He was extremely arrogant and rude right off the bat. I briefly explained the problem I was having with seeing out of my left eye. He abruptly responded he is conservative & didn't want to do surgery to remove them. I explained I already had the surgery to remove floaters in my right eye back in 2019. He didn't care, he said again, he is conservative. Then he told me to go back to my optometrist I'd been to in Dec 2025 to see if I could get glasses for the floaters! I was shocked and replied to him there are no corrective lenses for floaters, only surgery or laser treatment gets rid of floaters; it is impossible for corrective lenses/glasses to correct an eye with floaters. He did not go over any of the eye tests or exams I went through for an hour before seeing him. He never said one word about the results of the tests. He just ended my consult and left the room after telling me to come back in 3 months! I thought, what for - so you can make money from my insurance for being a total jerk! I do not recommend this so called opthalmologist, or this practice to anyone!
