The Dr. Spent 10 minutes after waiting 2 1/2 hours to see. No diagnosis here's your scripts. If I hadn't asked questions he would've left much sooner. This will be my last choice doctors office.

To say that their front end staff is rude, is an understatement. I called to ask the nurse a simple…read morequestion. Before I could even finish the receptionist cut me off and informed me "we don't diagnose over the phone". Which didn't mean anything to me since I wasn't calling to be diagnosed over the phone. At which point I told her "I'm not asking you to diagnose me, I'm asking to talk to a nurse". She proceeded to put me on hold for OVER 28min.!!!! Which is the amount of time it took me to drive over there and ask for an office manager! I was in front of them and with them on hold. The other receptionist told me she thought they were in a meeting and then went to go check. She stated they were and when I told her I'd wait she quickly stated the meeting was off site. So basically I talked to nobody and got nothing resolved. This is not the first incident with this clinic. Their front end staff is rude and they have absolutely no idea what patient care is or HIPPA policy means. I have seen them be rude to patients while I wait and talk about them when they walk away. I work for a medical facility and I would NEVER treat my patients the way they do. I kept my family there because of the convenient hours but, their lack of respect for their patients really makes me think twice about staying there. Especially after this last incident.

The front desk staff was very rude…read more The nurse never introduced herself, wash her hands, or explain what medications she was putting into my daughter's IV. The radiologist technician came to get my daughter without any explanation of what imaging they were doing and why. The worst beside manner! I was advised that my daughter had a viral infection but was prescribed an antibiotic, the dr didn't even tell me he was prescribing one. You can't treat a virus with an antibiotic, and I'm not the medical professional and even I know this! What a joke! This place feels like it needs to be looked into by the medical review board. do not bring your family to this place!

My daughter came here on July 26, 2020. She was told that the Covid test results would be back…read morewithin 3-5 business days! What day are we? August 4th and guess what? NO RESULTS! Do not come here for Covid testing. Please save yourself the time. Go to Crosby, where my husband got his results within 3 days! Also, you can tell that they have the lowest class of staff there. Fighting over who does what duty. I tried calling and asking for the Dr that seen me the day before and a black girl was so rude, she hung up on me! Stay clear of this dump!
