But they don't like the feed back on my 2nd review. That just shows my point, they have no conflict management skills. Just make a better effort to communicate better. And I would have gladly updated once I experienced an improvement. This has never happened to me, but I have already found another PCP and didn't plan on going back. Growth is inevitable, whether they took this opportunity to provide better service in this instance or not. It will happen again to another patient. They can stay comfortable, kicking ppl out that are dissatisfied. But that not how you run an effective business or grow. Whoever is in charge should know this.

He prescribed me azythromycin and recommended Robitussin DM and a couple other things. I haven't finished the azythromycin yet, but I was feeling better in only a few days. My mucus switched back from green to clear in no time. I can sleep again. I'm grateful to Dr. Manuel. On my first visit, he spent much more time with me than any other doctor ever has. He got a clear picture of my family's medical history, from which we discussed my possible risks. He followed up with an emailed order for blood work, and which we had also discussed during the visit. He displayed a genuine concern for my overall well-being. I look forward to him being my physician for years and years to come.

He is not a pharmaceutical doctor, he does not push pharmaceuticals like most doctors he try's to fix problems through exercise, diet & life style change if he can. I am usually in & out within an hour for my visits. Doctor Herrera takes the time to listen to my concerns & is very clear in his feedback.

Dr. Kovacs changed my life. I had stomach problems all my life and it got to the point where it was affecting my education because i was missing so much school. My two previous doctors refused to test me for anything and blamed my stomach problems on nerves, even though I was doing well in school despite being absent so frequently. I finally switched doctors to Dr. Kovacs and, for the first time, i felt listened to. She tested me for multiple things and gave me confidence that we would find the source of my health problems. Turns out I have celiacs, an autoimmune disease where my body attacks itself when I ingest gluten. I had absorbed that i was just an "anxious person" and i would have carried that definition of myself as truth if not for her. With a relatively minor dietary change, i was able to get my normal life back and finish school. I am still angry at the incompetence of my previous doctors, but also forever grateful for having Dr.Kovacs. I still recommend her whenever one of my Houston friends is looking for a primary care physician. Thank you, Dr. Kovacs!

You would think a Dr could fill in the blood pressure on a medical form or check the appropriate medical condition boxes. No, not even close. I have been under his treatment for a chronic medical condition, for several years, and he has, always been meticulously in my treatment, and has, always, been patient and attentive in discussing my concerns. Without fail, during each visit, he would thoroughly explain my blood test results and take the time to talk to me about the progress of my disease. There is no possibility that Dr. Alfredo Sardinas Jr. would ever conduct himself in the manner that Alayna A. had suggested in her review. Neither would his assistant conduct herself in the manner suggested by Alayna A.. Both Dr. Sardinas Jr. and his assistant, Shira, have always responded promptly to my requests and concerns. This medical assistant was professional, caring and did a great job assisting my physician Dr. Marrie Richards (a superb doctor who has been my PA for 40 years - but is now, unfortunately, practicing out of Village Medical since COVID forced her to give up her private office). Aaron (she's a woman with a man's name) is the one bright spot in this office along with Rita, my doctor's receptionist who greeted me with a big smile and virtual hug). I wanted to give Aaron a positive shout out because she is one of the few good things I have experienced about this dreadful corporate medical practice.
