Referrals take forever, and they usually have to go in and fight about it. My parents waited 58 minutes to be called in, and then were in there for another 1.5 hr. What a shame that Medicare limits them so much with the doctors they can pick from, and they end up being stuck with this joke of a place. Worthless!!!!!

Billing stated a 6 - 8 week process to issue the refund. Millenium would not credit my VISA, only a check. However, to see Dr Khoury I owe Millenium 34.77$ that can not be pulled from the other 2 doctor credits plus I owe the 20$ charge for the office visit. A month was required to get Mileunium to correct a double charge for a single office visit (photo attached). I would love to discuss with the Millenium billing manager who will never respond. Millenium is all about money and screw the patient. I will revise this post upon recieving my 230$ refund.

I asked that they please try as my taking her there from her senior care home was a lot of work and heavy-lifting. We are hoping to find a reason for the pain my mother has been experiencing on the top of her head. My mother is unable to walk. The three of us had to carry my mother into the MRI room and place her on the table. She was unable to lie with her head completely down on the table due to years of osteoporosis. Nanette and Stephanie tried massaging her neck to relieve the tightness, but we finally had to accept that my mother would not be able to have an MRI. They immediately contacted my mother's doctor and asked if they could do a CAT scan instead. This was done, once again with Nanette and Stephanie lifting my mother onto the table. So at least we managed to get one diagnostic test accomplished although it was not the originally-scheduled MRI. When we went to leave, Stephanie lifted my mother into my car for me; at that point, I was exhausted and could do no more lifting. I was so thankful to these two ladies; they went above and beyond what I would have expected. If not for their efforts, I would have had to reschedule and take my mother in on another day. On the drive back to my mother's senior care home, my mother commented on how friendly and reassuring Nanette and Stephanie had been to her. After calling my insurance company there was no record of contact or that a claim had been submitted. Despite that,I went ahead and scheduled here because they could get me in quickly. Wrong decision. While the MRI itself was fine, the facilities are filthy. Dead bugs throughout the building. Bugs crawling on the floor. It obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. 100% would never go here again or recommend this place to anyone.

Noble did not contact me until the day of the appt. to confirm. In my opinion, prior to the appointment, the staff could have provided specific details about two things, their exact location and preparations to make prior to the procedure. First, There's two names near or on the facility, one on the building, Herman Memorial and the second on a marquee. After passing it up, I had to call to confirm the location. Second, even though I was informed to wear comfortable clothing, they overlooked the importance of not having certain hairstyles. For example, I was wearing a hairstyle with clip-ins. After two images were taken, the x-ray tech asked me to remove the clip-ins for the next image. I said absolutely not due to the timely process not to mention, my self- respect. Needless to say, I had to reschedule. I suggested to them that they provide more information about how to prepare for an MRI prior to the appointment instead of during the procedure. My doctor sent orders to TOPS for my first mammogram, and it could not have been a better…read moreexperience. Upon entry, I only waited at the window for a millisecond before Keisha confirmed my appointment. She handed me a clipboard with paperwork, and I started filling it out. Any question I had, she answered with ease. She didn't seem bothered or frustrated. When another patient walked in and expressed her orders were in her other car, Keisha went above and beyond to ensure she had the order and could keep her appointment. There's also a water station and coffee for patients, and the parking lot has patient only parking. I opted to come in an earlier time slot (9:30) to rip off the bandaid. I'm so glad I did. The only issue with the facility is they have one machine, so it's one person at a time. Mandi was my technician, and she was so incredibly kind and caring. She truly put me at ease, and I enjoyed talking with her during the process. I would absolutely come back to TOPS. The excellent care I received today was beyond any expectations I had.
