Upon entry, I only waited at the window for a millisecond before Keisha confirmed my appointment. She handed me a clipboard with paperwork, and I started filling it out. Any question I had, she answered with ease. She didn't seem bothered or frustrated. When another patient walked in and expressed her orders were in her other car, Keisha went above and beyond to ensure she had the order and could keep her appointment. There's also a water station and coffee for patients, and the parking lot has patient only parking. I opted to come in an earlier time slot (9:30) to rip off the bandaid. I'm so glad I did. The only issue with the facility is they have one machine, so it's one person at a time. Mandi was my technician, and she was so incredibly kind and caring. She truly put me at ease, and I enjoyed talking with her during the process. I would absolutely come back to TOPS. The excellent care I received today was beyond any expectations I had.

I would prefer to pay my bills immediately and not have it roll over into the next month. Please fix this issue.

The staff is incredibly rude and has even hung up on me before. I had a procedure done in August by a specialist Dr. Hoang referred me to and as I was waiting for the results for the procedure my insurance changed and I had to get another referral. Not only did they not get back to me for over a month, but then they sent the referral for the wrong doctor. When I tried to get that fixed (which took another month), they said I had to make an appointment to discuss "new medical concerns," when it wasn't a new medical change at all, I was trying to get results for a procedure I already head done by a specialist I had already been referred to. Then they changed their minds again and said that I didn't need an appointment but I had to see the wrong doctor. I had to explain to them again that they sent it for the wrong doctor and that doctor was not the doctor they referred me to and did my procedure in the first place. Then they said again I needed an appointment to discuss "new medical concerns." This back and forth continued on for another few months and it has now been five months since my procedure and I still have not been able to get my results and therefore the treatment I need, which has caused me to be in immense pain, and throughout this entire process they have been nothing but incredibly rude and demeaning to me.

At no point was I informed there could be additional charges. No one told me about any deductible. Once I was in the exam room and the visit was about to begin, a staff member suddenly told me I owed an additional $60 toward my deductible--the first time this was ever mentioned. I asked if patients are supposed to be aware of potential additional fees before even paying a co-pay, and I was told yes. Clearly, the front desk failed to inform me--no one gave me this information. Because I was blindsided with this extra charge, I declined treatment and walked out. I then asked if my $40 co-pay would be refunded since I received no care. The assistant left to check and came back to say no. So to be clear: I was not treated, received no services, and they still kept my $40 while planning to submit the visit to insurance. This is deceptive, unprofessional, and unethical. Patients deserve full transparency about costs before an appointment begins, not after they've already paid. This felt like a blatant money grab, and I will not be returning.
