These items were in a pile of wood chips from king's trees

Do not recommend getting wood chips from Kings trees. It's full of misc garbage: 3 gloves, 1 food containers, shreds of pink and green plastic strips, shredded blue and green wires, 1 log, a few hundred u chipped branches. The pictures are a compilation of everything within one truck load of chips.

Drooping fence panels and broken post toppers as well as snapped two posts. Took no accountability. Plenty of room on other side. In a rush.

Tony is a great guy and if you get him at the site, then you'll get solid service and clean-up. If he sends one of his crews and he isn't there, which is happening more and more with his son running things, then expect some damage and low accountability. In this case, they had the opportunity to drop the limbs of a tree on the side where there is nothing in the way but in their haste, they just dropped them on the fence and on another property. They then jumped over the fence (even when receiving approval to enter the adjacent backyard via a gate, and because the fence was a little older, they snapped two posts by dropping several large limbs and jumping over the fence. When speaking with the neighbor just to try and repair the fence, not even placing accountability on the workers, the crew lead looked at me and said, "We didn't do that." Ouch on accountability since they certainly did do it. You can see from the photo that the branches they were dropping, took out section of fence drooping down and several post toppers were broken off. Anyway, I'll use King's only if Tony confirms he'll be there. If not, I'll use the several other quality tree services near me which I have on several occasions.

Five stars, no question. I've lived in this house in Redmond for 25 years and have hired more tree…read morecompanies than I can count to manage the 30+ large trees on my property. Eastside Tree Works is, by a wide margin, the best of all of them. The experience started before they even did any work. The salesman who came out for the estimate showed up with an iPad, walked the entire property with me, took photos and video of each tree, tagged the ones we discussed, and had a detailed estimate ready before he left. He clearly knew what he was talking about and took real time to talk through what would work best for the trees and the house, not just push a generic package. When he found out I was a military veteran, he knocked a nice discount off the price without me even asking. The crew that came to do the work was just as impressive. A full team showed up with a large bucket lift and worked through limbing up several big Douglas firs, doing conifer cleaning, and taking down two medium-sized trees. They moved like a team that's worked together for years, communicated constantly, and checked in with me more than once while they were up in the trees to make sure they were limbing to the height I wanted rather than just guessing. When I mentioned my chainsaw had been giving me trouble, they took the time to fix it on the spot. What really sealed it was the cleanup. After 25 years of tree work at this house, I've never had a crew leave the property looking better than when they found it, but that's exactly what happened here. If you need tree work done in the Redmond/Eastside area, stop looking and call Eastside Tree Works. Professional, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and genuinely good people to have on your property. I would highly recommend them!

They're incredibly meticulous, incredibly knowledgeable each and every one of them on the crew. They work as a team. And they know exactly what they are doing. I like how they always go over everything before they start. And they make sure we're all on the same page. We think they're prices are very fair. Also, they're very protective of our home whenever they're here. Putting down plywood so they don't destroy the yard and just making sure everything is cleaned up when they're done. I wish I had more trees for them to trim, but they've helped us in so many ways to shape our yard to look beautiful. We thank the whole team at Eastside Tree Works! They also did our neighbors trees the other day and can't even begin to tell you what an awesome job they did. They do people in our neighborhood and are very trusted.

She immediately saw the issues and submitted the tree removal w/ the city of Edmonds for their removal. When the team came out to do the work, they were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient! I was truly impressed. They took down the trees; ground the stumps; were careful of the irrigation system, the fence, how the limbs & the trees fell, & they were OMG swift! I'm VERY impressed with their professionalism and the price. I would recommend them to anyone! I would love to add pictures to show you the narrow area they had to work and them at the top of 40' trees, but I don't see (yet) how to add them :-/ (found out how)

I needed my large magnolia tree removed, which had become increasingly costly and difficult to maintain over the years. Zach provided several different quote options, which I really appreciated and found helpful when deciding how to move forward. I also asked if he could leave behind some wood rounds so a woodturner could create beautiful pieces from the tree as a keepsake. Zach was very supportive of the idea and even offered a small discount since he didn't need to haul those pieces away. That was such a thoughtful gesture. I also appreciated the photos and videos he shared during and after the work- it was reassuring to see the progress and the finished result. His pricing was competitive and more affordable than several other companies I contacted. Overall, I'm very happy I chose Integrity Tree Works. Zach made what could have been a stressful process feel easy, safe, and straightforward. Highly recommend!

Matthew came out for a no-hassle quote and was incredibly honest and straightforward about the work and pricing for three trees in our backyard. Scheduling was super easy, and communication over text for the quote, approval, and appointment was flawless. On the day of the service, the entire crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. They did a phenomenal job pruning a cherry tree that had started hitting our neighbor's house, along with two very large maple trees that were either too close to our house for comfort or had large dead limbs that were becoming a little scary. The crew removed some huge limbs with incredible precision and took great care around our house and yard. They also did an excellent job cleaning up afterward -- not only removing all of the tree debris, but even going around and picking up decorative rocks that had been displaced during the work. That extra attention to detail really stood out. Professional, honest, efficient, and easy to work with from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Matthew and Western Washington Tree Service to friends and neighbors in the area. Thank you, guys!

Last year he removed 6 large fir trees (40+ ft) that were sited poorly and in bad health, as well as doing general maintenance of others and grinding down 5 stumps. This year, he finished removing the last fir looking to fall on our house and a 60ft tall maple that had a bad Verticillium infection, as well a general maintenance and grinding of several stumps. Both years he completed all the work in 2 days. In addition, both years he moved all the wood across to my neighbor (who chops up firewood) cut everything into rounds and helped haul a lot of it. I've been very happy with the quality of the results and his crew. In addition, when a friend was complaining about how expensive the quotes were for work he needed done and how long it would take, I recommended Buck. A short time later he was thanking me, as Buck fit him in quickly and did great work for less than the other quotes he had gotten. Basically...just call Buck and Amy. Can't recommend them enough.

Our first job was a major one: removing a very large tree--well over 100 feet tall--that was leaning toward our home. It was not an easy decision, as we loved that tree, but safety came first. The care, professionalism, and respect MTS showed throughout the process meant everything to us. The work was done safely and expertly, the cleanup was immaculate, and the crew treated the situation with genuine understanding. It was clear right away that this is not just a tree removal company--these are true arborists who deeply understand and respect the trees they work with. Years later, when our landscape needed attention again, MTS was the obvious choice. We had overgrown laurels we couldn't safely trim ourselves, neighboring trees contributing constant pine needles to our gutters, and several shrubs that needed proper pruning and reshaping. MTS sent an arborist to walk the property with us, listen carefully, explain our options, and help us prioritize the work within a realistic budget. There was no pressure--just knowledgeable, honest guidance. The crew that completed the work was outstanding: professional, articulate, thoughtful, and incredibly clean. They did all the pruning we discussed, answered our questions, and even offered species-specific advice--explaining how certain pruning choices would improve the long-term health and appearance of our plants rather than harm them. We plan to use MTS Tree and Landscape every couple of years for ongoing pruning and for all future tree and landscape needs. It is rare to find a company this skilled, respectful, and genuinely invested in their clients' property. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
