Simply SUPERB! I have a mature Incense Cedar that has been throwing 30ft+ crown leaders for the last few years. The most recent came down in the storm we had on Xmas night and brushed the end of my house (Merry Xmas!). It was time to get some serious work done to stop those remaining from coming down on anything or anyone else. Tyler came out and advised a big top prune and appointment was less than a week later. The crew was FANTASTIC! Highly trained and experienced. It was quite a spectacle to watch them work. They also pruned this tree so that it doesn't just look "hacked" off and did other work to lighten the entire tree up so it still looks as beautiful as possible. The crew was efficient and communicated well with me as they did the work. We don't have any trees on our property. ALL the trees are my neighbors' trees and every couple years I have to have their trees cut back off our property. So, that's annoying. Tyler came and priced the job. It was a good price. At the time of service it seemed that all went well- 3 guys on the ground & 1 guy climbing the bigger trees-it took 2 guys to put cut branches in the chipper-Service was for cleaning & lightning up for further growth & health of my beautiful trees. I called Tyler on a Sunday afternoon, having some concerns of branches extremely bending with weight from rain, along with much weight from new growth-along with branches laying on roof- Wanted some advice; I received a blast of his extreme rudeness & arrogance. A real mixed experience. They decided to work with respirators despite hazardous air due to wildfire smoke, not sure if that was a good call. In retrospect I wish I had asked them to reschedule but it was Tyler's call. If you hire them I can only advise you is to be as specific as possible on instructions and get as much in writing as possible. I have to say I was really impressed with this company. They worked on a project at the house next door, removing trees and pruning back some others. Our neighbors said they did a great job and they recommended them. Tyler came out and we discussed our needs. He was very honest about what he thought was good for us and what would work with the trees. We accepted the bid and they came out to do the work exactly when they said they would. Tyler walked the job with me and his crew before they started the work just to make sure that they understood what was to be done. I was worried about our landscaping but Tyler explained that they carefully lowered limbs to the ground, nothing just fell. And they were as good as his word. They finished the job quickly.
