This place has been wonderful, our two tires popped unexpectedly while driving and we were referred to come here by our trusted auto body shop and could not be more happy! Junior was so helpful and had tires brought specially for our car from Another location quickly! The services was fantastic and quick and the prices are very fair and reasonable! If you need your tires or wheels fixed this is the spot to come to you won't be disappointed. I will only be coming here for all my tire needs they turned a bad day into a much better one and made a long difficult process quick and efficient

FREAKING GREAT PLACE and trustworthy... I am a new Jeep owner and was hesitant (guess conditioned to not trust mechanics and/or places that service vehicles). Decided to drop in on a Saturday morning and it was one of the best and easy experiences I had. I was helped out and, of course, with preconceived ideas that I was going to be taken advantage. The owner of the shop took his time to suggest things - gave me the pros and cons on the model wheels I chose. I got my new wheels, headlights and step up bar installed here. Beyond freaking happy. Needless to say, I am going back to get my Jeep accessories installed there. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BIG TIME! Martin M

Shout out to Kings Tire for the job they did on my Tundra!

Edwin and Junior really take care of their customers. I'm a new customer and drove from Torrance just to do business with them as a friend referred me here. Very competitive prices, excellent customer service, and accuracy of work done on your ride. I got new wheels, tires, control arms, coil overs and shocks here and don't regret it. They stand by their work. Edwin is really awesome to deal with. My new 2017 Tundra is now hooked up with great components and I can't complain. I definitely will continue to drive out here for my wheel, tire and alignment needs in the future. When you find a great shop, it's worth the drive. I feel I finally found a business in this industry that's trustworthy and knowledgeable. Thanks again Edwin, Junior and crew.

If you need any suspension work done, you've come to the right place! Recently got into outdoor activities and decided to start building up this 96 Acura SLX (Isuzu Trooper chassis). Wanted to get her lifted and had no idea where to start. Called in and made an appointment to talk to someone. Met Junior and he is gods gift to people building an off road vehicle. Completely professional, super knowledgeable, and patient. Since my car is old and rare the Dobinson Lift kit took some time to be delivered, 2 months coming from Dobinson in FL. While waiting JR kept me in the loop and once the kit came made an appt to install. Took a day to install but they found a few more things to fix to get her ready for some light off-roading-Front Axel, tire rods, and idler arm needed some fixing. Made an appointment the following week. All in all very happy with my vehicle and will come back here for future projects!

    Lug nuts, wheel, rotor

I don't leave reviews much but I had to warn others about this business. What appeared to be a simple job for them (King's Tire & Wheel), they not only managed to mess up my wheel installation just once but TWICE. In my photos, you can see 5 out of the 6 lug nuts fallen off. My wheel and rotor are damaged, and it's barely hanging on by 1 lug nut. Luckily, I was driving slow in traffic on a local street at the time. My car just lost speed and made a really bad grinding noise all of a sudden. Had I been driving 60-70mph on the freeway, my wheel would've fallen off and who knows if I'd be able to tell this story today. I street park it, walk home, then get it towed to the business the next morning. The workers there sound very unapologetic. The manager ordered me a replacement wheel but they don't even re-install an OEM rotor. At this point, I'm wondering if I even want to go back. I come back and get the new wheel installed. But as soon as I leave, the back plate is grinding against the wheel and I have to drive back to get that fixed. They couldn't even do a simple test drive to make sure everything was installed correctly. Long story short, if you don't want to deal with the risk of a poor quality tire & wheel service and possibly risk severe injury or death, this is not the business for you.

Worked mostly with Edward, but everyone there is chill and helpful. Had a lift kit and wheels installed in my Telluride. Worked started ony scheduled appointment time and was done in a timely manner. Quality work at reasonable prices. Can't ask for more.

Tires, oil change, brake service. When I say the do it all, they f*%king do it alllll!

Have been dealing with Kings Tire for many years. Best prices and customer service. I bring them cars every week. I'm in the wholesale business and always need something. Tires, oil change, safety inspection etc. They also have lifted many of my personal Jeeps and nobody does it better.

I didn't have that kind of time, so I came here since they were immediately available. Nobody was rude. They were actually quick and professional. They took my car, and in less than 5 minutes the tech came back and explained that my car's computer had been reset and the readiness monitors weren't complete. I had recently changed the battery, so that made sense. He told me I just needed to drive it another 50+ miles. What I didn't expect was the $40 charge for that check. At my usual place, if the car doesn't pass, the fee covers retesting within 30 days. I assumed most smog shops worked similarly, but that was my assumption. Here, the $40 was just for running it through the machine, and when I come back it will be full price for the actual smog test. What confused me was that the manager later mentioned that if I had told them about the battery, they could've checked the readiness monitors in about a minute with a different device. That part would've been helpful to know upfront. It seems like offering that quick pre-check automatically could save customers time and money, especially since battery replacements are common. I paid the $40. That's on me for not asking more questions beforehand. But for anyone going in for a smog check, especially if you recently disconnected your battery, I'd recommend asking them to check your readiness monitors first before running the full test. They were fast and polite. I just think clearer communication about pricing and the quick pre-check option would make the experience much better for both the customer and the business. I understand every business runs differently, but this pricing structure just doesn't work for me long term, so I'll be returning to the shop I normally use.

I was hoping I just needed brake pads for the front and hopefully not all 4 wheels at the time. They were very responsive and the quote was comparable to other places, if not better. Decided to take it in on a Friday in the morning. Checked my wheels and told me I just needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced. The back was still good. Sigh of relief somewhat. They were able to get the pads and rotors replaced for little under 3 hours. Time went by and they were updating me during the whole time. Great service and team here. Will definitely bring my car back in to get other services done. No issues whatsoever with the new pads and rotors.

PROBLEM: ALIGNMENT ISSUES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, ACCOUNTABILITY…read more When I first tried to leave a review, my account was somehow blocked from posting specifically for RTM, while I could still review other businesses. I contacted Yelp, and by coincidence, the representative I spoke with was also RTM's Yelp rep. He said it was strange that I couldn't post only for RTM. After I explained my situation, he advised me not to leave a review and instead take the matter to small claims court--which I did. During the hearing, the judge seemed to understand my side, but the ruling ultimately favored RTM. Despite being advised not to post this, I'm sharing my experience here because the situation still doesn't sit right with me--especially given Yelp's controversial review practices. On 10/1/25, my rear right adjustable control arm snapped. My car has aftermarket wheels, tires, and suspension components, so a precise alignment is critical to ensure proper fitment without rubbing the fender. I initially went to TM Auto (located across from RTM) for the control arm replacement. After installation, TM took my car to RTM for alignment. I specifically asked them to match the rear right alignment to the rear left, which was set at -2.8 degrees. When I went to pick up my car, I immediately noticed the rear right wheel did not match the rear left. The camber was visibly off. I pointed this out to the technician, but he insisted the alignment was correct and that there were no machine or human errors. After repeated requests, they put the car back on the rack, but instead of rechecking, two additional technicians came out and dismissed my concerns with questionable explanations: "Toyota made the fenders uneven." "Your control arm is made in Taiwan/China--what do you expect?" Despite putting the car back on the rack, they never rechecked the alignment. They simply removed the car and stood by their original claim. With no resolution, I had no choice but to drive the car home. Because the alignment was incorrect, my tires rubbed against the fender the entire way. The next day, I found heat damage, paint cracking, and visible wear on the fender. I came back the next day to talk to Richard (the owner) hoping he would recheck everything, but it was apparent he was "too busy"--despite clearly having time to talk with other customers and then continue working on another car, while ignoring me. I waited outside RTM for over an hour trying to speak with him. When the TM Auto manager asked if he had seen the damage, his response was, "Yeah, so what?"--with no concern at all. After is when I left, and was forced to go to another shop to realign--more driving, more damage done. I used a camber gauge and measured -2.8 degrees on the rear left and -2.0 degrees on the rear right. To confirm, I took the car to my trusted shop, Chewerks in La Habra, where they verified the rear right camber was indeed -2.0 degrees and did not match the left side. Their measurements matched mine exactly. Because RTM refused to recheck or correct their work, this improper alignment caused damage to my car. The rear left side tucks properly, while the rear right sticks out about half an inch, which led directly to the rubbing and damage. I had clear documentation and evidence, but the court still ruled in RTM's favor. I chose not to appeal to avoid spending more time on the matter. A nearby body shop, Cenco Auto Body, quoted over $1,800 to repair the fender (with another shop giving a similar estimate), confirming the extent of the damage. What could have been a simple recheck turned into a costly mistake. Despite everything, RTM did not offer any compensation or attempt to make things right. Seeing RTM's highly rated Yelp profile made their response even more surprising. They're quick to take your money with a smile when things go well, but when issues arise--as in my case--they deny responsibility and make no effort to make things right (In my case, they didn't take money directly, but a receipt was given to TM Auto, and I had to pay TM Auto--which is the same as paying RTM directly). TM Auto went as far as offering RTM to help cover the repair costs, but RTM still refused. TM Auto didn't have to step in for someone else's mistake, yet they still tried--that says everything. Richard (the owner) had my contact information through the small claims process, yet he never made any effort to contact me--even before we went to assigned court date. After what happened, I'm relieved I didn't bring my other cars first--especially since those cars are of higher value. It seems RTM has many satisfied customers, along with a smaller number of unhappy ones. Hopefully, you don't end up in the latter group like me. FWIW: Following the incident, I contacted Hunter to verify when RTM's rack was last calibrated. Abel (rep) advised that its calibration was set to expire later that month. This raises the possibility that their rack may have been out of calibration.
