Thank you Efficient plumbing yet again for your service and timely installation. When we called my husband scheduled the plumbers Steve and Hector to come out the following day. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

This is any homeowners nightmare and I called Efficient Plumbing right away. We have used them for many years and sadly this wasn't our first water leak. Evelin answered the phone and walked me through on how to shut the water off to the house immediately to stop the water damage. Hector came out within the hour and got to work diagnosing our issue. He is knowledgeable and very experienced and we always feel like we are in good hands. Our ceiling was opened and it turned out to be a copper pin hole leak on the water line in the ceiling above the dining room that feeds our master bathroom. Hector skillfully repaired the water leak and also advised us to consider a whole house repipe since this was not our first leak. They gave us their estimate the same day for the whole house repipe and even offered to credit the repairs made with Hector towards the repipe which was a big help. We decided to move forward and had them repipe our whole house the following week. They got it done in one day and everything went great! A few days later the drywall was patched up and we were all done! There are many many plumbers in our area but after years of consistent quality workmanship and customer service, I only use and trust Efficient Plumbing.

He came first thing today and immediately diagnosed the issue. The toilet seal needed replacing. It was put right in half an hour or so. All done neatly, competently and cleanly. He's definitely on our yellow pages going forward and I recommend him to all readers. Definitely 100 percent in my book.

We have not had any problems with our AC or heater, and the installation went very smoothly. I've recommended them to multiple people including my own mother. We learned today that they also do plumbing, so we have several more jobs for them! Highly recommended!

After being told by a previous plumber that my bathroom sink drain was broken I sought a plumber…read morethat could scope the drain and provide a solution for its repair. Many of my neighbors in Colony Cove recommended Passionate Plumbers and I'm so fortunate to have followed their advice! Garrett tried to scope the line but found the pipe was misshaped and wouldn't allow the passage of the scope. He then recommended a small drain specialist who could solve the issue and offered to review those plans with me, should I need clarification. I'm so thankful for Garrett's forthrightness. As a senior widowed woman it was reassuring to know I was being told the truth. I'm also very grateful that Garrett didn't charge me for his time, because as he said, "I wasn't able to scope your line." Passionate Plumber will be my ongoing new plumber!!!

It worked for a few months, and then it was clogged again. I called Sewer Nation for help this time. Eric inspected everything inside out with his camera first and found out the problem was much further out. He hydro jetted the whole line and cleaned out the oil built up from the last 10+ years, now it's perfect. Then Eric came back to install a new toilet for us. Initially we thought it was a quick and easy job, then it turned into a 7-hour project. As soon as Eric removed the toilet, we found roots were growing all round the ground outgoing hole. Eric put in the camera and found out the roots have been growing all the way to the sewer access outside! And the sewer access opening was broken as well. Erci cleaned out everything with a special cutter to cut all the internal roots and hydro jetted them out, then replaced the outside sewer access opening as well. Eric is professional, friendly, and totally trustworthy with no hidden fees or upsells. Highly recommend!!!

Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself. All while answering my million questions regarding what he viewed from within the walls (the house is a little older, and I just thought since the walls were open, why not). He also walked me through all the repairs he was completing. Overall, it was great work, great service, and great patience. I ask a lot of questions trying to understand things. These guys are thorough professionals. Thank you, Emergency Response Plumbers.
