Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.

Alex (installation manager) happened to be available and again, we were welcomed and treated with great patience and consideration. Once we finalized everything, Alex arranged for Aaron to handle final measurements before ordering the materials. Aaron arrived right on time and again was patient, detailed, and listened to all our questions and concerns. The materials arrived well within the expectation Alex set, and the install was scheduled. Our install was completed Tuesday, the 24th. I could not be happier with the installation team (Chase and John) and the final outcome. This was a big deal for us and having the hand holding along the way and incredible way Chase and John handled the install, we are thrilled with the process and the final outcome. However, once we paid and the delivery process began it got dicey. Things took way too long to get to us, and you never know who you got on the phone for service. The Covana is nice, but it has been a nightmare to get proper installation of the shades that go with it. Have spoken to managers and then they pass me to the next person and they never call back when they say they will. Still working to complete properly the install of the Covana shade clips for something we ordered 4 months ago. Recently, an installation person came out and put a clip up that came off two days later. Overall, it has been a maddening process. I'm not typically a negative review writer, but this one had to be written.
