The original receipt and the refund receipt
    Robert M.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYBODY!! This restaurant is disgusting not only is it a dirty environment but they have horrendous customer service! I ordered from here and it was for delivery and they sent a Muslim pork fried rice and argued with me and my fiancé calling us liars saying that we as Muslims ordered pork fried rice. They refused to fix my order or to give me a refund. My only option was to call the authorities and have the police state they have to return my money. They profiled me and my fiancé and said that we were scared of losing money because of the color of our skin. When we came in to ask for our money back they laughed in our face and said the order was only $40, are we mad about $40? Then proceeded to tell us we are never welcomed back there, and to tell our parents, friends and co workers as well. There was no apology for their mistake, instead just belittled us, laughed, and accused us of lying, and discrimination. Our order was only $35, and we tipped them $5. They made us stay there for 20-30minutes just for receipt proof stating they are going to refund us. They waited until the cops showed up to give me my money back and it wasn't the point it was the principal of it all. I placed an order for delivery was sent the wrong order and then was held hostage for my money back. I see this isn't the only review like this but I had to tell my story with this business and being a business owner myself I would never do that to any of my patrons even if it was a penny, that's a penny of their hard earned money.

The interior decoration is one of a kind and a must see. It has a museum vibe to it, with many historical pictures, toys, collectible items, Art, and sculptures. I am going to guess that if all the decorative items were going to be sold, there's probably and estimated 1 Million value to all those items, just a guess. There is an area with souvenirs of The Office on sale and many items on display. As The Office was filmed in Scranton and it is one of the mayor attractions of the town, and part of it's cultural history. Scranton is full of history and this restaurant is part of it. It is one of my favorite spots to bring friends and family for a great time.

Every…read morecorridor is a work of art, a display of treasures honoring local history and niche interests alike. One could spend hours looking at the incredible shadowboxes, model trains, war memorabilia, movie displays, model ships, etc, not to mention the Dunder Mifflin gift shop! The food, however, is another story. The menu is large and varied and has some delicious appetizers (particularly the Bang Bang Srimp and the Crab Balls--addictive) and entrees too, but the very pricey stars of the menu leave much to be desired. The "Just Seafood" entree looks mouthwatering by description and costs forty effing dollars, but I'm being completely honest when I tell you everything on that plate was drier than a popcorn fart. The dish comes with shrimp, scallops, and lump crab meat. The best thing on the plate was the THREE scallops they provided. The crab was genuinely the worst, driest crab I've ever had. Worse than low-quality frozen snow crab at Red Lobster or the grocery store. The shrimp was overcooked and pathetically seasoned with a light sprinkle of paprika (which fell mostly on one shrimp and none of the others). I had to salt my own food at the table because everything was flavorless. All in all, if you're in Scranton because you like The Office, stop here and have some CHEAP starters and drinks, grab some cool Dunder Mifflin merchandise at the gift shop, and enjoy all the awesome art they have at Coopers. Pay no mind to their expensive seafood, it sucks. Service: the waitstaff are lovely, friendly and attentive. They're great and deserve praise!

We arrived right at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday as they were opening, and everything from the service to the food exceeded our expectations. Our server, Michelle, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made excellent recommendations. They had several daily specials that all sounded amazing. We started with the cheese fries, which instantly brought back nostalgic memories, they were simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious. For our meals, my husband ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad, topped with two large hand-breaded chicken tenders tossed in mild sauce with blue cheese dressing. My daughter loved her 6-cut Red Pizza, which arrived perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I ordered the wings, fried to perfection and served with mild sauce and blue cheese. On Michelle's recommendation, my son went with the Breakfast Burger, and wow! It was enormous and incredibly juicy. Every bite was outstanding. If you're anywhere near the area, do not sleep on this place! Their slogan says "Almost Famous," but I honestly don't think they'll be "almost" for much longer. Get here before everyone else discovers this hidden gem, you'll be glad you did!

The daily specials were written on a movable chalk board that had a vast array of options. We could not decide between the flat iron steak with potatoes and veggie, chicken wings with a plethora of sauce selections, old fashioned spaghetti and meatballs, famous steak sandwich, etc. My husband went for the spaghetti and meatballs and I the famous steak sandwich with sautéed onions, tomato and lettuce and really crispy french fries. We both loved what we ate, and will go back if we are in the area. The waitress was very efficient and super personable and our food order came out in record time. Their motto is The Cabin "Soon to be Famous".... They really should be!!! They are fantastic and priced well for the amount of delicious food you

We found ourselves here on a busy weeknight and what a great dinner we had. Service was very friendly. It was a little on the slow side at first due to the volume but it cleared out soon after we arrived, so it improved. It was a little noisy but tables were not too close together, there was plenty of space. They have a nice wine list. Portions were generous and we boxed up some leftovers to go. We wanted to try other restaurants while visiting the area, otherwise we would have come back to sample more of their menu. We had the halibut from the seasonal offerings, and the burger, paired with the best mexican street corn I have ever tried. Highly recommend!

They specialize in farm to table and healthy food. Our plans before were running long but luckily their reservation policies were flexible enough that I had no problem moving my time, even on such a busy day. The restaurant was POPPING when we arrived around 4:30. We were seated promptly. The only downside to our experience was that the table was SUPER shaky and wobbly. We asked our waitress for a shim or piece of paper to steady the table but she informed us it was the table head itself, not the legs, so nothing could be done. I was not thrilled about this but assumed that these were tables they hauled out of storage to accommodate the holiday demand, so I can understand. Our server was very warm and friendly despite the chaos. Prices are on the high side but the quality is good and the portions are large. I went for the lobster cobb which was a special and it was LOADED with lobster meat. They really heaped it on. A little light on the avocado, but overall it was really wonderful. My mother went for a seafood scallop risotto which I also tried. It was creamy and flavorful. Our food came out in a reasonable timeframe, and our server was good about getting our check. One thing I really liked was that they put which dishes on the menu are over 500 calories, and most were under. A lovely, healthy dining choice with a nice ambiance. I'd return!
