China Palace continues to season their food with great sauce work that sets the food apart from normal Chinese food. She patiently waited with grace while i fumbled through online menu after online menu. The pork and vegetable was very good among the American Chinese food I've had. The pork had that distinctive american Chinese pork taste. Compared to other spots, this one was more tender. I appreciated it. The assorted vegetables (cabbage, snow peas, and water chestnuts) were perfectly cooked and added a pleasant variation to the tenderness of the pork. The rice was a fresh, delicious fundamental-maxed fried rice with pork. Perfect with the rest of the meal. This was a high-value meal.
