This is hands-down the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. They should be ashamed to call this Chinese cuisine. Most of this food isn't suitable for my dog. A piece of advice to the owners. Be proud of who you are, be proud of where you're from. Be proud of your heritage, be proud of your cuisine. You are providing a huge misrepresentation of your culture and Chinese cuisine. Not one person in China would think this is good food. If you actually made good authentic Chinese cuisine you would have much more business. Trying to conform to the North American taste buds is counterproductive, we want AUTHENTIC, real Chinese food. I've personally been to China many times and there are soooooo many amazing and different styles of food. This place is a complete shame. I obviously won't be back.

This place rocks. Orange chicken is probably the best oj chicken in the area. Portions are just right, well done, and very good.

Crab Rangoon was incredible and fresh. The garlic chicken with vegetables was amazing I had non spicy. The shrimp fried rice is outstanding. I highly recommend!

Unsure. Kingston location seems to be far better than the Dallas, PA location.

Yesterday I had the chicken coconut soup authentic Thai food. I am from Florida in the past I have dined at many Thai restaurants no big deal nothing to rave about but here if I was to be executed my last wish would be the soup coconut milk with chicken, a main course and oh my gosh not to forget the mango and sticky rice. They have a lunch special there prices are very reasonable I don't like Tea I tasted a drink with Tea and half and half added oh boy was it delicious. I wish I could eat here every single day! They are closed on Tuesdays. Two lovely owners his wife is the Chef everything she makes she puts her heart and sole into her cooking. AUTHENTIC I AM TELLING YOU AUTHENTIC THAI FOOD HERE. Total came out to approximately $43 (not including tip). What's hot - Menu. Pretty good. There's something for everyone, possibly even vegans. I'm uncertain whether they have vegetable broth, but they have options that are vegetarian. There's pho, ramen, rice, curry, meats, and tofu. - Quality. Pretty good. The chicken karage was not overly breaded, crispy, had a nice flavor. Lt was not overly salty and served warm. My tofu miso ramen was not overly seasoned, which I appreciate. One of my pet peeves is when noodle soups are too salty, because it detracts from what the natural flavor should be. My miso ramen had a nice seasoning. My husband really enjoyed his red curry. He said it had a slight kick of spiciness with a slight taste of sweetness from the coconut milk. - Portions. Pretty decent size portions to get you full, not stuffed. Good value for money. - Location. Centrally located in downtown around other shops and restaurants. What's not - Service. Among the 4 in our group, 3 of us had something wrong with our orders. My ramen arrived with no tofu. When our friends received their orders, it was completely wrong (I.e., they were given someone else's order). There were also mistakes in the dishes they actually ordered. Given all the errors, everything was delayed and took longer, which was frustrating. - Payment. You're expected to pay your tab before actual service, which includes tips, as well. Hubby and I aren't fans of that, especially given all the mistakes that our group encountered. - Parking. Since it's downtown, it's mostly timed and metered parking in the area. - Time. They close at 8pm. Our group was the last ones in the restaurant, which surprised us. As such, I asked their staff what time they close. When they responded 8pm, I asked them if our group should leave. The staffers told me that my group was ok, which we appreciated. However, we didn't stick around. Just be prepared that this is not a place you can continue to hang out in. Final answer Willing to return, but not a first choice.

The restaurant is small with some communal tables. Parking in downtown Carlisle can be challenging. Be sure to check the hours.

The meat was the correct type of meat for the dish, beef shank, and every piece was wonderfully tender. The noodles tasted like homemade noodles and had a really nice bite to it. It wasn't too firm or soggy. The broth was flavorful and complex with chili oil for added kick and the added fresh scallions and cilantro really brightened up the dish. The dish by itself was 5/5 stars. I'm surprised I hadn't tried Let's Noodle sooner since it's across the street from one my favorite ramen spots in the area, Ju Ichi. Let's Noodle optimizes a "Hole in the Wall" restaurant, very unassuming but it delivers authentic Asian flavors and delicious noodles. Although I didn't try it, Let's Noodle lets you craft your own noodles with choices of sauce and protein. The interior had very limited seating but a cute bar style table looking out toward the street. The windows where I sat had a nice large ledge which was super convenient to put my bag so it's out of the way and off the ground. The food came out pretty fast despite there only being 3 staff members that I saw - a front desk cashier who doubled as a server to deliver food when ready and 2 kitchen staff. The price was a little above average for what you'd expect for a non-full service restaurant, but it wasn't horrible either considering how close it is to the Green in Morristown. The pork buns I had were tasty but the pork mince inside was minced a bit too finely for my taste. It almost resembled a paste when it should have had a more structured and juicy bite. It was still enjoyable but it wasn't the star of the show. After I finished dinner, I decided to also try the Dan Dan Noodles to go. The takeout container nicely separated the noodles from the sauce so the noodles wouldn't get soggy when I got home. The sauce was flavorful and the noodles had great texture but once again, the pork was so finely minced, like the pork buns, that it really detracted from the quality of what was otherwise a fantastic dish. Overall, my experience was great. I love authentic hole in the wall spots and I am excited to go back to try the other dishes I missed!
