i had two prescriptions sent in from my doctor, and i came straight to the pharmacy to get them so…read morei could start taking my antibiotics. when i gave the kid at the counter my information, he told me it had only been submitted 12 minutes ago, and that there were 3 people ahead of me to have prescriptions filled and it would be around 20-25 minutes if i wanted to stick around or come back. that's cool, you're busy, i get that. flash forward 50 minutes, i've gone home, eaten a little bit of food so i can take my meds as soon as i get them, and now i'm back. as i pull in, so does the guy that quoted my time. guess he took his lunch break. that's cool, everyone's gotta eat. i walk in, and the woman behind the counter tells me that they still haven't started my prescriptions. annoying. she says that they'll start working on them right then, and i sit down to wait. NOW. the guy from an hour earlier walks in and loudly proclaims how he has the "'Itis" from lunch. loud enough that i, the person who feels like crap and is waiting on these medications to make me feel better, am pretty freakin annoyed. that's the guy that's standing between me and wellness? and with that exclamation he pretty much made it clear that his lunch break was way more important than making sure that the pharmacy is being run efficiently and effectively. super unprofessional and rude as hell. i gave two stars because the two women who were in the prescription weeds behind the counter managed to get my meds out in 5 minutes, even though they were answering phones, manning the counter, and working the drive through while their male counterpart talked about how lazy his lunch made him.

The sushi box was $19.99, and we got an assortment of spicy rolls, and classic California rolls. There was loads of ginger and wasabi packed with 4 soy sauce condiment packets. We also bought sweet potato snap pea snacks and also a variety of Szechuan, peanut, teriyaki and soy sauce bottles as well. Since then, CVS automatically refills my prescription even though I have had them removed from my file at my doctor's office. Their automated system "grabs" my refill and notifies my insurance carrier so that it cannot be refilled by my preferred pharmacy. This should be illegal. I have contacted my doctor and they said they removed CVS from my file, but they can't control CVS doing this. I am truly at wits end. I have repeatedly tried to have my account with CVS closed and they say they've stopped, but they clearly won't, because I get a text once a month saying they have refilled my prescription and I have to contact my doctor to have it stopped and a new prescription created. It's a nightmare!!

A prescription for nausea medicine means I need it now, not in 2 days. 10 minutes later and a phone call to the CORRECT insurance carrier.. it was a $4 co pay and immediately filled.
