They were absolutely delicious, and perfectly enjoyable with or without the accompanying marinara sauce. We also tried the Wild & Wonderful Wings (traditional, mild sauce), which both the kids and I found to be flavorful and well-balanced. The "Big Azz Pretzel" lived up to its name in size, and our party of six had no trouble finishing it. When we first walked in, we were greeted by a kind waitress and a very nice atmosphere. We ordered the Egg Rolls, Massaman Curry, Basil Fried Rice, Thai Fried Rice, and of course we couldn't skip Pad Thai. The egg rolls were wonderfully light and fresh, so much so that both my wife and I burned our mouth a bit. So just keep that in mind, but if you don't get too impatient, they're delicious. For the main dishes, they were all so spectacular. I didn't know Pad Thai could be so deliciously spicy. Everything had its own tasty flavor profile- whether it be nutty and sweet in the curry or spicy and savory in the Basil Rice. Overall, our experience at Thai Valley Kitchen was worth writing home about. And through our family journey of trying Pad Thai at each establishment, this one clearly took first place.
