We made the drive from Sissonville to Hurricane for a late-night dinner in celebration of West…read moreVirginia Day, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. While the service left some room for improvement, it was ultimately satisfactory and didn't detract significantly from the evening. We started with their signature Pepperoni Rolls--stuffed with pepperoni, ricotta, and mozzarella, seasoned with garlic salt, then wrapped and topped with melted butter and parmesan cheese. They were absolutely delicious, and perfectly enjoyable with or without the accompanying marinara sauce. We also tried the Wild & Wonderful Wings (traditional, mild sauce), which both the kids and I found to be flavorful and well-balanced. The "Big Azz Pretzel" lived up to its name in size, and our party of six had no trouble finishing it. My husband opted for the Atomic Andi Burger, featuring jalapeño cream cheese, which he thoroughly enjoyed (he nearly inhaled it); I sampled a bite and found it to be rich and flavorful. The kids ordered off the children's menu: one had a cheese quesadilla--though we wished it came with a side of salsa or sour cream--and another had the Steak Tips with fries, which were a hit, especially when paired with A1 Steak Sauce. Each meal came with a generous serving of thick-cut fries. All in all, a delightful meal worth the drive. We'll definitely be returning.

And I hate vegetables. ALSO PLEASE GET THE GYOZA Mamaw: (Seafood Drunken Noodles) The appetizers were good, and the food was good but not outstanding. For the price, not a place I'd go to a lot. Papaw: (Thai fried rice [with chicken]) it was good, but it was heavy on the rice and a little short on the stir-fry I wanted.

We were passing through West Virginia on our way to Indiana. The town of Hurricane (what a great…read morename!) was halfway so we opted to spend the night there. As an aside, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which seems to be the best option in the area. Perusing Google and Yelp, I saw lots of favorable reviews for Thai Valley Kitchen. Huh, in West Virginia? What the heck - we decided to give it a try. All I can say is "Wow". What a hidden jewel. Don't be deceived by the exterior or half vacant strip mall. The interior is open and cheery. The wait staff is accommodating and very sweet. We ordered a glass of Deloach Merlot, and they poured a nice size serving. For dinner, we shared egg rolls, the Tuna Tower and the Seared Tuna. Everything was delicious! We were both jockeying to get the last bite. The Tuna was seared on the outside and raw on the inside. It came with a mango salsa that matched perfectly. Now, I could go on and on about the tuna tower. It is a pile of spicy, tender tuna chunks on top of more chunks of avocado and mango. We could have eaten another one! I will say it was a bit zesty for us but that didn't stop us from wolfing it down. When we asked, the waitress did respond that they can make it less spicy - duly noted for the next time. Please open a restaurant in Ruckersville, VA! We need you!

I normally order different varieties or combinations of food and so I'd like to recognize this restaurant for 100% order accuracy every single time. I really think its remarkable how accurate they are. The delivery/carry-out time estimates provided via the website or the app have been pretty spot on in my experiences. The food quality has always been excellent with the exception of the chicken wings. I will chalk that up to chicken wings being my favorite food of all-time so I may be a bit of a chicken wing snob. I find them on the small side, often a little dry, and normally lacking in the sauce department. The pizza is consistently spectacular. The Pizza Hut Rewards program they have is really nice and I've earned some free food which free food always tastes better! I will continue to order from this location. Many of the reviews for this particular location mention the remodel of the restaurant. I never dine-in at a pizza restaurant so I don't even pay attention to the restaurant decor because at the end of the day, it is the food that is the most important factor. The only time I would consider the decor of the restaurant would be when dining at a restaurant that I consider more of a sit-down full restaurant experience like a Pies and Pints.
