Ordered lots of dishes and everything was excellent. Very busy at 2pm on Sunday. Only one server for the whole restaurant but he was doing a great job trying to keep up with everything.

California transplant, we are not from this area but drove to try their Vietnamese food as it has been MONTHS since I've had my comfort food. Upon entering the aroma was fresh & pleasant. Interior very clear, we stayed in the common area. The servers were very friendly, open to questions and attentive to make sure the food was enjoyable. Price doesn't matter for good quality food made to order, but in my opinion it is very reasonable. This will definitely be our new go to spot! Glad we stopped by to give it a try. 10/10 would recommend :p

Really glad we got the chance to try King Pho! Vietnamese cuisine is something we recently tried tapping into and plan to continue. We were warmly greeted upon entering and seated at the booth of our choice. There is plenty of seating, including a cute little patio option. We ordered spring rolls for our appetizer, I selected the Bun Bo Cha Gio, my dining partner, the Pho Tai Nam. The spring rolls were beautifully crafted and served with a sauce. Neither of us cared for the slice of bacon that was representing the pork in the dish. It was presumably raw and didn't taste the greatest. Unfortunately, there was no other flavor present in either the roll or the sauce. We added chili oil, from the delightful condiment station at the table, to the sauce to help it out a bit. However, both the Pho and the Bun Bo made up for the rolls. Each dish was full of flavor, veggies, Thai basil, and freshness! Every bite was literally delightful! We will definitely try more things on the menu at King Pho as we continue on our Vietnamese Cuisine journey!

#35 - eggroll, beef, shrimp, and meatball vermicelli

Very nice staff here, prices are comparable to elsewhere, and food was great and a large portion. Could have easily split in two and taken half home for another meal. Menu is sizeable, so good luck choosing what to get! I really enjoyed the #35, particularly the meatballs. Looking forward to exploring something else next time I'm in town.

We drove by this place on our way to the mall and decided to stop by. Boy were we glad. We ordered the Vietnamese Bahn Mi (Sub sandwich) and the bread was nice and flaky, veggies fresh and crunchy and the ham was super tasty. So much, that I forgot to take a photo. Wife said 10 out of 10. My wife had the Bun bo Hue (she changed the vermicelli noodles for Pho noodles. Just her preference.). She said the broth was average, but the portion size and meat were awesome! I had the King Pho. I'm Hmong, so I tend to pimp out my Pho broth. But I always taste it prior for reviews. The broth was light and not too greasy. A great base to make it your own! Portion size was awesome too, and the fresh veggies were on point. If you are a garlic person, try the pickled garlic slices on the table. You will love them. King Pho is the Pho King!

This place is pretty legit. The broth wasn't too salty, nor was it bland. I ordered Bún bò Huế and it was legit.

Based on my love of southeast Asian cuisine, I was told by around 10 people that I needed to try the new Vietnamese restaurant in the area. My friends were giving rave reviews. That's a lot to live up to. Upon walking in, King Pho is a smaller restaurant. There is an indoor seating area and patio seating outside. The feel is very casual but welcoming. Our server provided us some in house made sauces. They were hot chili oil, ginger, and garlic. All were delicious. The appetizer was full of rich flavor, cooked well, and paired beautifully with the sauces. I typically try the Pho, Bahn Mi, or Bun Dac Biet at a new Vietnamese restaurant as those are staples that cannot fall short. As it was 85°, I went with the Bun. Bún Tôm Thit Nuóng Chá Giò was our entree. The meat, shrimp, noodles, sauce, fresh veggies, and fresh herbs were a perfect combination. It was fresh and light tasting while being packed with flavor. The meat was marinaded to ultimate tenderness. Our server was nice and helpful. She's explained they've only been open with the current ownership for 3 weeks. If the food continues to maintain this level of quality, they will do well. Overall: $34 for two entrees and an appetizer. We opted for water, so nothing spent on drinks. I was extremely impressed and am looking forward to dining there again.

My partner ordered the V2 which was just BBQ pork and everything else. The flavors were spot on. The BBQ pork was delicious and made the whole dish. Pho 777 is kind of a low key place with tables and booths. Nothing fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. There was one girl serving the whole restaurant and there were quite a few of us there at the time. She was excellent. Kept up on everyone's needs and served quickly and efficiently. We will definitely return to try some of their other offerings.

We are huge fans of LLB Asian Market in west Lansing, as it's one of the only places in the lansing…read morearea we can get south East Asian flavors and ingredients. So when we heard they were finally opening a pho restaurant after selling their pho in the store for years, we couldn't wait to try it out. The restaurant sits right next to another Okemos gem in the international foodies mix that it has to offer. The pho dac biet was delicious, you know your pho is good when you really don't have to season it with anything. I think they make their beef meat ball from scratch and it totally showed as it was bouncy, delicious. We had large filling pieces of brisket, shaved beef and the beef tripe was cooked perfectly tender with a good chew. The shrimp and pork summer rolls were to die for. I don't know if it's because they have access to incredible ingredients being affiliated with the LLB family but the herbs in the roll weren't the standard, the mint was like a lemon balm mint which gave a refreshing flavor with the big bowl of pho. You know a pho place is good when the whole family is part of the crew and 90% of your customers are Asian. lol. The service was wonderful, we got to meet Camden the restaurants little 4mo mascot and the owner who came to thank us for joining them. The waitress Lihn was sweet and helpful even as they started getting busy. And the Ambience was exactly what I'd hoped for, a place that feels like home where your dad makes incredible pho broth that makes you come home to a warm hug! We can't wait to come back.

4.5/5 I will say…read moreeverytime I've stopped by Koi Tea, they've consistently served up the perfect bubble tea drink. I've tried a lot of drinks off their menu, including the one they modified for a seven-year-old who wanted a non-tea, but hot chocolate drink with the tapoica pearls. I'm not sure if it's the workflow of making the bubble tea here that makes it perfect or if it's the individual working the register- somehow it's always worked out. And the ambiance- absolutely relaxing. Nothing beats the YouTube Korean indie and rnb mix playing on TV with the faux vines curving around shelves and the walls, with an open window space concept (tons of light)! Something that I look for with bubble tea places are how consistently their tapoica pearls are cooked through and Koi Tea has been stellar. In previous visits, I've had their viet coffee with pearls, thai tea, and I would likely pick their fruit teas over the milk combos. Sometimes the milk teas end up pretty sweet even when ordered for 50% sweetness.

We stopped by on our last drive through Lansing and got: Jasmine Milk Tea, 100% Sweet w/ Boba ($6.00) - There was no tea flavor whatsoever in this drink. It tasted pretty much just like sweetened creamer. The boba also did not have a consistent texture. Most of it was way too soft and was basically like overcooked mush. A minority of the boba was only a tad on the soft side and had a good chew, which was reminiscent of the boba here a year or two ago. It feels like Koi Tea mixed two batches of boba together, which is a huge faux pas for any boba establishment. I have no idea what happened to Koi Tea in the last year. Given stiff competition down the road and the quality this time around, I wouldn't go here again.
