Taking your time and being meticulous is one thing (and I appreciate that) but almost two hours for this service is just too much. The quality could still be better as well. I'll give credit where it's due because there have been improvements, and I really do like my nails. But I already know the rule when coming here: clear the calendar, bring some patience, and DO NOT come when you're in a rush.

Additionally, I wish they had other options for paying for the service besides cash and the credit card that involves a 3.5% service charge. I paid $65 with no wine or snacks for this basic fill-in with French Manicure. Plus, the particular technician I went to today was very slow, meticulous, so I appreciated that, but very slow. I knew before I she was finished that the polish would look grown out within the week because she didn't get close enough to the cuticle. I told her to get closer to the cuticle; she slapped my hand, giggled and continued the exact same way. Now, a week later, it looks like I'm two weeks overdue for a manicure. Never had a gel set before as im trying to not do the acrylic anymore. Anyways... its been two and a half weeks since our visit. My nails SURPRISINGLY still intact and looks good. I got my manicure on Friday late afternoon and by Sunday afternoon several of my nails are already chipped. There's no reason a gel manicure should be chipping/fading after 48 hours. I guess my search will continue.
