The gentleman who originally assisted me via Yelp was very quick to respond and gave clear and precise information. Although it took me a while to make a decision, I eventually contacted him several months later to get the process started. His quote to me was very competitive, and even a little bit better, than other companies. And to make it even better, he included free pickup and delivery. We agreed on a pick-up time, and he was here on time with plenty of options for me to choose from as far as the material to be used. He quoted a drop off time of completion, and met that on time!
