Very well versed in the mechanics of the body, especially when it comes to injuries, tension, and pain. I've gone to Lindsay quite a few times, almost always with some sort of injury I've caused (I work with livestock, so my body takes a toll), and she never fails to provide relief, and has actually resolved some really painful problems I've had in my back, neck, and left shoulder (tension? cramped muscle? spasm? I forget, but Lindsay certainly knew what the issue was...). I've never had two of the same exact sessions with Lindsay, because she doesn't follow a script or routine. Each time you come in, she asks you how you've been feeling and works on what's been bothering you specifically. Love that she is able to explain what she's doing so well, too. Very articulate. Also, she wont' talk your ear off if what you want is a quiet session. Sometimes I want to ask her questions about some pain I'm having, or problems I have when I move around at work, and other times I want to just relax and get fixed. She picks up on this and either lets you enjoy your silence, or talks with you about the questions you have. Awesome. (She also offers traditional fire cupping at no extra charge! So cool! And to top it off I offered a tip that we had and cash and was forced to tip a set amount. 25 percent!!!! They had a few workers standing in front of us as if to bully us into tipping big.
