Do not go here. I feel this place is actually dangerous. I am a very strong and muscular person and I left here barely able to move and when I got home, my wife was horrified to see how bruised my back is. The older man who did my massage kept digging his elbows into my back (with no lotion). He hit my kidneys with his elbows, he dug them into the side of my neck, where my jugular and carotid artery is which any trained masseuse would know is an endangerment zone. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing, and he can really hurt somebody. At one point, he dug his elbow into the center of my sacrum as if he were working out some sort of muscle knot, but your sacrum is only skin and bone..... no muscle. It's been 24 hours since my massage and my sacral bone is still burning. I feel he actually bruised my bone. When he dug his elbow into the center of my vertebra in my lower back, hitting a bone. I let out a bit of a yelp and grabbed my back and he promptly smacked my hand away and told me I was tender. I told him "no, you're cracking your elbow down onto a bone". The massage just got worse from there. He doesn't have the upper body strength needed to do a proper massage so he uses his weight and sort of just pushes the wind out of you. Picture someone trying to give CPR to a moose. That's basically how I felt. As I leave, I'm handing over the $90 for the 90 minutes, which by the way he stopped 10 minutes early because I told him I had had enough and that I was going to leave. And sure enough, I was asked to tip... I'm 24 hours out of my massage, and I am posting a photo that my wife took of my bruises. Thankfully, I'm young and I'm strong and I can recover, but what if they did this to perhaps an elderly lady or someone with a health issue? They would not recover as quickly as I hope to (I am a 34 year old strong/muscular female) and therefore I feel this place could be very dangerous. Please just find another place to go. Then an older lady came in and said "Strong man not working today so I will do your massage". Let me start off by saying I get massages on a regular because I have scoliosis and this was close to the worst massage I've ever gotten. Upon walking in, it was clean, presentable. We scheduled a couples 1hr body massage and I was matched with a male masseuse and my fiancé with a female. He massaged my back with no lotion and a sheet over my back for almost 30 min. I can hear oil and lotion being put in my fiancé but nothing for me. The lady then grabbed the hot rocks and put them on my fiancé and then she started yelling at the male massseuse guy. (Assuming he was doing my massage wrong) he then put a small amount of oil on my back and grabbed the hot rocks and put them on my back. (So I missed out in the whole oil/lotion massage) My legs and feet were barely touched. And the man wiped my body off with a paper towel! I've never been wiped with a paper towel. (Typically a towel) In the end I'm usually sore or I feel amazing from my massage. But with this guy I felt neither. He didn't rub any of my knots out and I didn't leave feeling relaxed at all. 5/10 if I wouldn't give 2.5 stars I would. Cheap like most massage places but I wouldn't recommend the male masseuse. read more

I just got out of a massage , I never write reviews but this was the worst massage I have gotten and I've gotten plenty . They were rough , very fast to throw us in and out. One guy was smoking a cigarette came in and started touching my grandmas face smelt like cigarettes at least have the decency to wash your hands first. This place is incredible. I have spent MUCH more money on high end hotel and day spas, but the Asian Spa masseuses and masseurs are amazing. They are great for deep tissue massages, but if you like a "lighter touch" you simply let them know. You can get a "chair" massage, which is inexpensive, and you are fully clothed or you can get a full body massage in one of their rooms, and they also have the hot stones. All I can say is that they are really great and the value for the price is unbeatable. read more

The massage is great! However, my husband and I always make an appointment. I never go in without one. Unfortunately, our request for women is not honored even though we make appointments. They have changed masseuses in the middle of my massage. The last time my husband and I went in there, my husband chose not to to have the massage. I shared that I was disappointed our request for a female masseuse was not honored before the massage. Than I had to listen to the man who walked into the spa with out an appointment complain about me. Than I had to listen to him grown through the rest of massage. First time trying the location and it's a basic service with no frills location. Walking in through the front, you will be asked what type of service you will want. Once chosen, you will be directed to where you need to go. We both tried a 60 minutes body massage and were led to a single room with a curtain separator. I was given the massage by a female and my significant other was given one by a male. Totally thought they would have swapped and perhaps you can speak up about it before entering the room. You won't be given any instructions on what you should be doing. You'll just be told to get ready and just lie down on the bed with your face into the hole. They want you to remove everything down to your underpants. They do not want any sports bra on according to my significant other. With only your underwear on, they will start the massage. During the massage, they will move your underwear as well to massage your butt as well. Definitely a tad more "invasive" as they also don't use a towel to cover you up during the massage. To each their own, but not what I prefer now that I've had it. In regards to the massage, it's not exactly a Swedish deep tissue massage. The massage focuses on initially prodding your muscles to look for tenseness. Then it's more focused on hitting your pressure points to relieve tension as well as a lot of pulling and pushing down. While it doesn't sound terrible, my significant other and I thought they just kept massaging as hard as they can. During the massage process, my significant other and I had a moment when we realized that the person giving the massage got on their knees and straddled our heads between their thighs. They did to reach from the neck to your butt. This was quite awkward and to quote my significant other, she felt the person's bulge on her head when she was being massaged like that. Then when the male was massaging her from the sides, she sometimes felt the bulge on the tips of her fingers too. My significant other thought it wasn't on purpose, but not a pleasant feeling to have when being massaged. Coming out of the massage, I left with muscle soreness from my neck to my shoulder blades and not in a pleasant way. Some of my knots around the shoulder blade were loosened up from the process, but definitely not all of them. The knots at my back and my legs were pretty much left alone. For me, about 10 minutes left of the massage, I was told to flip over and then a towel was used to cover my hip region. She didn't do any frontal chest regions, but did the forearms and arms and legs. What I didn't like was they put a towel over your head during this part to cover you up. Being Asian, that signifies to me a departed person on a death bed so I didn't prefer that aspect at all. Another thing was that during the whole massage, the person doing the massage left the room six times to do something/check something. Hard to say what she was doing, but not a fully dedicated service during the massage. After the massage, you are given a small dixie cup of water and then asked to pay. To be noted, the rooms aren't very private and sound travels. You can speak to the room next door if you wanted to as well. All in all, I find it a hard pass for me. It's definitely a preference to have this type of a massage treatment and I can definitely say it's not my preference. I don't think I want a massage like that again since my muscles took some bengay and salonpas to recover and I had a hard time sleeping with my neck like that for the next two nights. Up to you if you want to give it a try, but be warned the massage is pretty invasive and uncomfortable at times. read more

She kept telling me no no no! I could not believe what she was telling me . I presented a gift certificate for $35 and she crossed it to put $20 . I asked why she did that and kept saying no no . I'm all for supporting small mom & pops store-- especially after a tough year such as 2020/2021, but wow. I would say I've gotten a number of massages in the LA area (SGV and SFV), but this experience was quite lacking and just overall, yikes. I opted for their 60 minute body massage with oil and hot stones. My masseuse seemed rather inexperienced and just unnecessarily rough. I started in my stomach as most places do. He started on the back of my neck and upper back and I had to mention several times that his elbow was digging into my skin. He spent what seemed to be an eternity on my back and then moved onto my legs- spent couple seconds on upper arm, but nothing below my elbow including my palms and fingers. Legs were rushed also- there was some dabbing here and there on my thighs and calves. I was anticipating turning on over, so he could work on my shoulders. I also was excited for hot stones because it's been a weeeeek. Before any of this happens, I am told the massage is done. I thought I misheard what he said, so I asked if we're done-done and he said "Yes." I went outside trying to figure out how to phrase my disappointment for the service. I go out to the front and it's the masseuse who's ringing me up. This made me think maybe all the masseuses were taken and the big boss decided to step in. After he rang me up, I approached the younger gentleman who initially was manning the front desk when I came into the establishment. I asked about the hot stone situation. I didn't understand why I was paying $45 when I didn't get the full service. I was told that because of COVID regulations and sanitizing purposes, it would just be too much work. What? This is something that needs to be disclosed to customers BEFOREHAND. And then he followed up with, it's really a customer's choice and that if we had let them know beforehand, they would have been prepared for hot stones. Once again, what??? I came here despite the negative reviews, because everyone said they went too hard and I happen to prefer deeeeeep tissue massages. Unfortunately, I had to request she go harder and it still wasn't deep enough. The hot stones were the only thing that made this a 2 star review. I'm used to going clothes off at Asian spots and not really worried about being exposed. What I was not prepared for, was being left completely uncovered when she left for the stones and again when she left for the towel. Maybe if it were warmer in the building, it wouldn't have bothered me, but I was too cold to relax the whole time, save for the hot stones.
