I've been here a couple times and it's a pretty good value for the price. Not a fancy spa but it's clean and the staff are nice. I do wish they would keep the front door closed though. The noise of the Vons shopping carts can get loud and make it kind of hard to relax at first. But for $35 an hour, you can't beat it. It's close to home and convenient. I've never had to wait and always get taken right away. I took my boyfriend with me last time and he was very happy with his massage. Not a fancy establishment but Niko did a fantastic job. I went in after falling down a few stairs. She was attentive to tighter areas & worked out muscle spasms. I went for the first time for a foot massage and it also came with a scalp, neck and body massage. The massage itself was great. However, the lack of privacy made me uncomfortable. When people would walk in they saw me laying face down and getting my body massage. I went here this past weekend and I loved it! I called to make an appointment the day before just in case. When my friend and I showed up it was empty. We were greeted promptly and asked what massage package we would like to do. We went with the $25 hour long foot massage and it was awesome. They not only work on your legs and feet but they also massage your face, scalp, shoulders, and arms. Please note- they massage your ears (even the inside). It felt really weird at first but good. The woman that gave me my massage was great. She was a little chatty but knew how to give a nice massage. The music that they play is very relaxing. Worst massage experience ever!!!! First of all their massage chairs are right by the front door. So you can hear everyone coming in and out. I went with 2 other people, my sister and brother in law. They didn't tell us they were short staff and started working on us anyways bouncing back and forth from the 3 of us with 2 staff. I had a towel over my eyes and realized what was happening after not being massaged for 10 min during my session!!!! I was peaking through the towel and saw the woman massaging my brother in laws feet and came to massage my head and face right after without washing her hands!!!!! I just told her not to massage my face. They stopped massaging me for an estimated total of 15 min during my session. I still didn't mention anything in hopes that they would just add on more time at the end to add up to the hr I was paying for. NOPE!!!! They even stopped 3 min earlier than they should have. I know because I looked at the clock the second they started the massage. My brother in law fell asleep and was snoring. They took advantage and thought he wouldn't notice if no one was massaging him. I moved the towel from my face and asked who was massaging him and they lied and said the lady went to the back to get more lotion! He probably missed even more time than I did! Once they told us we were finished and they were waiting for payment I explained to them that I knew what they were doing and it was not a full hr. The man pretended like he didn't understand what I was saying. I payed anyways but did not tip. He still had the audacity to ask for a tip. I'm the type of person that tips and tips very well!!! But I believe I shouldn't even had to have payed for my full hr let alone a tip!!!! If they were busy they should have just told us and we would not have had a problem waiting. I could not even relax my whole session because I was worried and anxious of everything going on around me. This was awful!!!! My boyfriend and I wanted to have a nice little foot massage before dinner but that was not what we received. They did the same moves over and over to the point I thought I couldn't take anymore for fear my skin would peel off. I asked for a female for my boyfriend since most men prefer not to be massaged by another man. They said none were available even though I had seen 3 women walking around in the back. I do not recommend these guys whatsoever! I went to them before due to them being really really cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for. The massages are so painful! The girl barely kept me covered majority of the time and felt very exposed. Not to mention they randomly will switch out people who are massaging on you and not tell you anything! Which is very awkward too. The rooms are not private and the only thing that's separating you is s curtain in place of a door. The day I went in they were talking amongst themselves while massaging me! And also they were on their cellphones accepting calls. Overall I left in more pain than I did when I came in and was hurting for multiple days afterwards. If you want a rough experience then this is the place for you. My partner decided to treat us both to some full body massages for my birthday, and even with our tight schedules, Asian Spa staff was more than happy to take us even with a 1-hour notice. Because we workout about 6 days a week and hadn't had a massage in years I was happy with someone just working out the kinks. Even with those expectations this place really took very good care of us. We did have the full body massage which was 45 bucks (such a good deal) and took the last appointment of the night so we could go to bed relaxed. I got the combo massage (30 min foot and 30 min back) for $35. Holy cow! What a great massage for the price. Now if you need all the frills and frou-frou, this place is not for you. The foot massage was done in the open (think pedi foot massage only way better) on a comfy chair and dimmed lights. Then you go in a room for the back massage. Keep in mind there is no warm blanket to hide under. Just a simple massage table. But oh goodness... She gets straight to work! What she did in 30 min felt more than what I've received in an hour massage in other high end places. And she was sooo strong. Perfect for my crazy tight back muscles. First I was taken into a stall like massage room, okay, and then from there I had a towel draped over me, this was normal and fine until she took the towel off and I was in my underwear naked on the table. I felt really uncomfortable. She didn't use lotion the whole time!!! And on top of that, she kept leaving the room to take phone calls and talk to people at the front. Let me tell you how our experience was. This was by FAR the worst of the many across many cities. We called in a reservation for 3 people. When we arrived there was someone sleeping on the couch in the lobby and the person that had been sitting outside on a planter box came in and told us that they were ready for us . We should have left as soon as we saw their interior. We were not expecting much but the look and maintenance of the lobby was a direct example of what we were about to experience. After several minutes up to 5 minutes they pointed to 3 chairs that were sitting in the lobby that were to be our massage chairs/lounges. There was another long wait before anyone actually came and invited us to sit down on these and started to prepare us for our foot/body massage. Both of my friends had their person start the service but nobody came to my chair. After about 12 minutes i took the rag off my face and asked the person working on my friend if i was going to have anyone. The response was yes she was on her way(?). Another 10 minutes went by and then the massager that was working on my other friend left her and came to me and gave me a very hurried neck and arm massage and then I was left for another 10 minute before a woman finally came to me and started my massage. By this time I have been lying down for 35 minutes with about 7 minutes of service. This whole appointment for us was a disaster. One of my friend closest to me said her massage was so light that she barely knew she had one. It felt like every bone in my back was going to be broken by my woman. This place is awesome! The prices are so darn ridiculous for what you get, and by ridiculous, I mean cheap! They even have a loyalty program. In all honesty, I don't think you can get a better deal anywhere. Their massage pressure is super firm so if that's not your bag, inform the therapist ahead of time and they'll make an adjustment.
