I sent an email to The Picture Store with images of what had happened and asked for a refund for the one artwork that was done incorrectly. I left a message a week later and now, after almost two weeks, I still have not heard back. Go someplace where the customers are treated respectfully after the work is finished.

Our project was not a major renovation, but we were never treated like the job was "too small." We had some flooring re-done in our basement, some custom shelving and a closet installed, and some minor touch up repairs done on the exterior of our house. From the day Eric was scheduled to come out for the estimate, we knew these guys were different. Not only did Eric show up on time for the estimate (when does THAT happen?), but he called about 5 minutes beforehand concerned that he might be late. We felt that after the meeting, the quote and pricing he offered were fair and put down a deposit. We never felt pressured to proceed, and we were provided all information we requested: evidence of proper licensing, insurance, a fully complete legal contract, etc. When the job began, the workers were as punctual as Eric was on day one, and were courteous. We also found the crew to be careful and detailed to do the job right.
