I had things that were left off my order and didn't find out until I got home and started eating. I called the restaurant back and let them know what the issue was and was taken care of with the promise that they would take care of it. They took my name and he pulled up my order for verification. He said they would replace the missing items when I came back. This was from one of the employees. Very nicely handled. But... When I went back the next day with my receipt, the owner was not in so they could not give me my missing items from the order that I had already paid for. The girl there was nice enough to call the owner. but he wouldn't allow them to make the food. He wanted me to wait until he returned or to come back again. Unbelievable! I've owned several businesses and this is the worst way to handle it. All for about eight dollars worth of food!! If he has long-term paying customers that he treats like this, I wonder how he treats his employees? He does go through a lot of of them. I hope the owner reads this and realizes what a jerk he has been and what a huge mistake he made! Check your order before you leave!
