Quite a few items in the buffet, notable beef, were nearly or completely out at 4 PM. The Kung Pao chicken tasted like fish that was not exactly fresh, apparently made in the same oil as seafood. Other food items looked dry and old. The seasonings tasted like some cheap sauce and soy sauce out of a can, some way too salty, and the rest just tasteless. I tried this location twice recently and both visits have been decent. It had been several years since I've tried this because the quality of their buffet just didn't provide the quality food experience. However, because of covid they are cooking everything to order and for me this makes a big difference. The good points were: fresh food, crispy chicken, tasty General Tso. The negatives points: I asked if the chicken dishes were all white meat, and was told yes. It was not. My second trip, I requested all white meat, they repeated it, but it wasn't provided. Did not like their version of Sesame Chicken. The Orange Chicken didn't provide the least bit of orange flavor. Tips: very few Chinese options in the vicinity. My review is based on menu takeout. Unsurprisingly, most of their dishes are better fresh. This place is not shy about spicy and I think that is a major plus. Their Mongolian Beef is by far my favorite. Most places make this an overly sweet dish in my opinion, but here it is a much more balanced dish of sweet and spicy. The Orange Chicken is similar in that it is spicier than you might expect if you are used to other similar restaurants in the surrounding area. The portions are decent for the price. Most dinner portions are more than a single person can eat, so 2 or 3 entrees would likely feed 4 people. The buffet is fine if you want something quick and more options, but I would recommend ordering off the menu if you don't mind the wait. read more

Left mammoth cave Easter morning with a hungry family. This place is about a 25 minute drive north from there. Little sectoral waking in the strip mall but once inside very friendly waitress and people dressed in church clothes. The food was really good and everybody left very happy. Very clean place and fresh food brought out all the time. Only downside is they don't give a price break for kids over 9. read more

My wife and I recently moved to Lebanon Junction and have been looking for a Chinese buffet. We tried King Buffet today and didn't really like it. The sushi all tasted bland. Stopped in on my way home to TN for lunch last week. I've been to a lot of Chinese buffets across the country, I found this one to be better then average. Not an extensive selection, but there was a decent amount of food items present, and just about everything I sampled was fresh & tasty. So I'm puzzled by the couple of 1 Star reviews I read. I think those reviews are out of line, and I would certainly stop in again to King Buffet if I was passing by. Easy on & off the highway is a big plus also. read more

Doesn't look like much but it's the only Chinese place in the area. They don't have a huge selection, but the food is always delicious. I've been a few times and it doesn't disappoint. Passing through town after hitting the cave, i got here at 1pm and food was hot and fresh. Good flavors, some with nice spice as well. Chinese buffets can be tough, especially if they aren't in a huge town, because they can't keep making food if there's not a lot of traffic so I understand how different times might warrant certain less than positive reviews. But for me it was fantastic and fresh and plenty of choices. And for 7/8 bucks, you can't beat it! Hostess was awesome too. It's worth the stop for sure. read more

Great little local Chinese resteraunt. The employees are legit and the clientele is a mix of road warriors and locals. The food and service are both good and the bathrooms are clean. If you find yourself in the area with a hankering for some all-you-can-eat Chinese it's a pretty good choice. read more

The Worst buffet I have ever been to. I read the reviews, obviously the people were drunk writing them. They said there was 200 items to choose from, yeah right. About 20 items no JOKE. We came at supper time, and they couldn't keep the food stocked. We left still hungry, not many people came into the place maybe 5 familys.
