Is amazing also can't forget that The Mac and cheese was also really good, nice and cheesy and had a great flavor! The collard greens were also amazing! Personally I like a bit more vinegar on mine (but that's just personal) they had I think peppers in them it gave them that unique flavor it was so good! He had us try the potato salad and the seasoning on that was beyond me! Hands down some of the best potato salad I've ever tried I am excited to go back and see if they offer corn and other sides so I can try them out! Seriously I forgot the owners name but he went above and beyond and him and his staff had beyond exceptional customer service and were very personable. I really appreciate the hours of operation here, I am always craving bbq but most places are only open on the weekend/ I have trouble finding good brisket I'm not a huge fan of pork (but will try it!) After a few bites it was too much to keep eating. A sweeter sauce probably would have helped. Overall I was disappointed. I don't recommend it and I don't plan to go back.
