I contacted her a few weeks in advance. I was traveling to Oregon from Texas to celebrate our girls' birthdays. I mailed her the toppers for both the cake and 15 cupcakes. She was quick to respond and said she would be able to provide free delivery within the bend area which was perfect because the party was in bend. She was super nice in providing additional cupcake toppers as I ordered 24 cupcakes but didn't have enough toppers. She really went above and beyond any expectations I had. Her prices were competitive in comparison to other bakers in the area but ultimately she was the one with the most reasonable prices. The payment process was super easy too!
