    UPDATE: I went back in March 2024 and bought a brand new 2024 RAV4 Hybrid and I couldn't be happier with it. I once again sought Brett out to help me and just like last time, he was courteous, patient, and not pressuring at all. It took me a good two weeks to come to a decision, as this was a much bigger purchase than the last RAV4 I bought from him in 2017. We called and exchanged emails throughout those two weeks and he was patient with me all the way through. I got exactly what I wanted; model, trim level, and extra packages and accessories all at a fair price. I got a very fair price for my trade-in and the transaction was smooth as butter. I once again recommend anybody looking for a Toyota to visit Kinderhook Toyota for their needs. It's the only dealership I will buy cars from. Thanks Brett!

The service department is lazy, they lie, they do repairs after being asked not to and then try to charge you, will send you out the door in an unsafe vehicle that should not be driven, refuse to repair active oil leaks, not provide invoices, keep your vehicle for three months with little to no communication or updates, cause damage to your vehicle, talk to you like you are trash, personally attack you on social media if you dare call them out.... I can go on and on. If you don't care about your vehicle and you enjoy having to take it back consistently for repairs that take far longer than they should, that weren't done at all, or that were done incorrectly, by all means take it here. As others said, they answer the phone when they feel like it and blame it on a faulty phone system. They've been doing this for six months now as well as blaming EVERYTHING on prior employees and ownership. Also know that they are owned by Maverick Motor Group out of NH. I attempted to contact them for assistance and was ignored as well. If you are filing a suit be sure to include them, Orchard CDJR, and the specific people that put you through hell at this dumpster fire stealership.

I found a car on their website, sent a couple of questions on the car via their website, and received quick response. They called the next day to follow up. I made an appointment, went to see the car (took a test drive, alone....wow, not used to that), and signed the paperwork to purchase the car on the spot. They had all the paperwork ready for me. Got a bank check and came back 2 days later to pick it up. Easy peezy. Karlee handled everything with ease. The car was already discounted, so I got a late model car with only 30K miles, still under mfr's warranty and didn't have to haggle on the price. Very honest, great customer service, and I particularly love the purple gremlin in the customer area.
