The ladies are very friendly, but sometimes their shaping for nails are off. The same finger but on different hands have different shapes at times. Jenny is a worker there and she does an AMAZING job on eyebrows :) Not the best customer service, but some positive things are that their nail designs are really nice/creative and their not to pricey. read more

Went in for a pedicure, they were super nice, didn't rush through it, they actually took their time to make them really pretty. Would ask if I liked it before doing anything else. I would recommend for sure! read more

Awful place. It was dirty, they cleaned out the pedicure tubs with plain water and paper towels. In the middle of my pedicure a cockroach ran across the floor. In addition, the tech cut my cuticle so far down that I bled. To add insult to injury, my tech tried to pass me off to someone else in the middle of my manicure, when a friend of hers came in. I'll never come here again. The only reason I've given it 1 star is because Yelp wouldn't let me save my review with the rating blank. read more

This is the WORST nail shop i have ever visited in my life! I got a full set done and the lady who did my nails made them super thick and were not smooth, and the nail started too far away from my cuticle so it looked like a needed a fill after i just got them done. She made the nail bed unnaturally thick and wide, it took her 2 hours and by the time she was done i just wanted to leave. i came back the next day to have her fix them because they looked TERRIBLE. I told her that they looked awful because they were too thick and too far up and she laughed and said " that was the style" i insisted that she file them down at least so they weren't as thick so she did that after she took my nail polish off with a cotton ball, and she was on the phone the whole time she was fixing them. After she finished I told her i would just paint my nails myself. This was the biggest waste of money and time. She did the worst job on my nails, and i would never recommend this place to anyone! If I can give it no stars I would. I had the worst experience ever at this salon. Three days before Christmas, I went in for an acrylic full set. I opted on gel glitter tips w/ acrylic base. I let Kim (the owner) know I was wearing gel powder over my natural nails, which were weak, and to be careful not to cut or damage them. It took her almost an hour to remove my gel powder and she managed to burn a couple of my nail beds and damage my cuticle. I should have ran out at that point, but she had already taken the time to remove the old gel powder. I figured how much worse can it get. Apparently horrendously worse. As she applied the glitter gel it was puffy and not formed around my natural nail tip and acrylic didn't look smooth around my cuticle, I figured she would fix it once she filed and buffed them. Wrong! She applied gel top coat and I mentioned they looked funny. She blamed it on the fact that gel and acrylic went over my natural nail and it would've look better if I used fake nail tips. Uh, what? I let her know I never use fake tips and she said something to the other girls in her language. She was clearly displeased with my lack of appreciation of the time she took to make my nails look like my 7 year old son did them. Being one not to argue and combined with the fact that I had been there 2 hours, I opted to resign myself to my own stupidity of not leaving the second time she burned my nail bed and left quietly. By Christmas the acrylic was lifting around the cuticle and the tips looked very dull. I went back the following Monday (1 week after the initial visit) and told Kim that properly placed acrylic should not look like they desperately need a fill only one week later. . I asked her to fix them or to take them off and give me a refund. She reluctantly chose to fix them and started speaking in her language to the other nail techs. So professional of her being the owner and all. I told her I wanted another nail tech to fix them and she said they wouldn't because they weren't originally paid for the service. As I waited another customer walked in with her own complaint. She said she had white tips placed a few days earlier and they were now visibly yellow. The owner asked her what did she do to make them turn yellow. Really? The only thing that could cause that (aside from sticking your fingers in open flame) may be diluting the nail product, huh interesting. Out of curiosity, I asked the customer if Kim had done her nails. She said it was someone else and that she would never come back to this salon. Diddo! Anyway back to me. Kim went to town with that nail drill! She smoothed out the rough edges and when she was done I hardly had any acrylic left on my nail. Which is why I was shocked when she started to place the gel top coat. I told her she needed to give me a fill. She said it wasn't necessary. I pointed out the line between the end of the acrylic and my cuticle which was clearly visible. She said the top coat would blend it in and again blamed it on the fact I didn't use fake nail tips. I never use fake tips and anywhere else I go they do an awesome job on my NATURAL nails. I can't fathom where she got the idea that this was my very first time doing this. As I'm telling her this she begins to talk in her language to the other techs, obviously not saying anything good. So rude to talk about a client in such a manner. She's obviously setting a bad example for her employees. I figured this is the best she's going to do and left after announcing I would never come back. The next day I was talking and accidentally hit my hand on the wall and voila, my nail broke. OMG! I went back and as I'm getting closer Kim sees me entering and begins to talk (not to anyone in particular) in a mean tone in her language. I show her my nail and she said I must of hit it on purpose. Oh yes, because I really wanted to waist my time and come back for her to finish botching my nails. I told her all the grinding she did the day before left my nails weak. She started to raise her voice saying it was because it's my natural nails that are weak. I asked why she was raising her voice. I just wanted her to fix the nail. I told her to fix it or take it all off and give me at least half of my money back. She said she would not fix the nail or give me a refund. I let her know she was providing very poor customer service. She then proceeded to kick me out of the salon and threatened to call the police. LOL I went to my bank and filed a claim, they took one look at my nails checked to see when the original purchase took place and refunded my money:) I can't speak about the other nail techs, although the customer with the yellowing tips also had a bad experience with another tech. Yes their prices are cheap but for that same price, you can go to any other nail salon in the area and get awesome nails with better customer service. I always come here every 2 weeks to get my pedi done with Amy I love her she's very patient with me I'm so picky with my colors n she understands . She makes me feel comfortable. I don't usually get my nails done so I can't say anything about it . The salon needs some work but I continue to come here for Amy . read more

Jenny is always my go-to gal for my brows and lashes! Make sure you call ahead of time to book and speak with HER directly not Kim or anyone else. You just can't beat $25 for lash extensions. She also offers individual lash extensions for $60 I believe but I've never asked for those ones. I don't trust anyone else to do my brows. I'll admit that the first time I asked her to do them I said something along the lines of "I don't like those skinny eyebrows and prefer them thicker." You know that some women head to the back of the nail shop and end up walking out with pencil-thin eyebrows (I didn't say that though)! I definitely didn't want that. I think I actually offended her when I said that and she quickly assured me that she would never do that to a client. Now anytime I'm in for my lashes I have her do my brows while they are drying. If you are there for just brows you have to lay on a table behind a partition that is still visible to everyone in the salon (awkward), but if you're doing lashes you go into her little room. She doesn't do nails and only works in the evenings. *** I've never gotten my nails or toes done here. read more

We took the girls in our Bridal Party in to get nails and toes done and the staff at Kim's nails took great care of us. They were able to do the design that the Maid of Honor showed them and the girls were more than pleased. read more
