And then everyone was like "my massage was great", so then I was like, well, I don't wanna feel left out, and got one. And then "my facial was great", and I got that too. So, when in... Johnston, do what you gotta do. It was worth every penny... not like the wedding was super stressful or anything, but it made me feel perfectly baseline for the next day. I fully understand that my expectations are colored by $30 West Coast spas, but a slightly lower price point would make frequent visits easier to justify. - The locker room/wet area was very loud. I appreciate that conversation is allowed, but the volume made it hard to fully relax. I'm not sure there's an easy fix without acoustic upgrades. - The Korean food was disappointing, especially for the price. - This is very personal preference, but I do enjoy the traditional no-bathing-suits culture. Most women were wearing bathing suits, which made me feel a bit self-conscious being the only one without. Totally on me, but worth mentioning if you're expecting a more traditional spa experience.
