Went for nail service, I had 10 different size nails , uneven, crooked. I figured I give them a chance so they could fix, which I did, I had to wait a week because some of my nails were that short. I am so glad I found a nail place close to home. It is right near the highway and there is plenty of parking! When I first went in, I was greeted by somebody, they were pretty busy but asked if I could wait, which was fine because I had no appointment. When they took me, I was very pleased with the service. I had Kerry and she is Amazing! She pays attention to details, and took her time. My massage was amazing, I like to upgrade for extra massage if I can ;) Now the real test was if my color would last and it did! I had gel done on my toes since I was going on vacation, and it still lasts. It's been 4 weeks! I was in the sun, on the beach, had sunscreen,wore high heels you name it, but I was so satisfied that it is still shiny and the polish is still on. I also had gel on my fingers and they also lasted for 2-3 weeks, which is amazing, since I am so rough with my hands! The place: The salon itself is very huge and clean, so when you walk in you don't smell all that "nail salon" smell. It's very ventilated. They also have lots of options for gel colors and toe colors. Their hours are awesome and they are also open on sundays, which helps because I work a lot and I work in the city, but I am still able to come. I am definitely becoming a regular!!! read more

I'm new to the area so after bouncing around to few places that had "good" reviews and ruining my nails I found Kim's. I get gel manicures and sometimes a pedicure. They do a great job & it lasts. I do a lot of working out & working with my hands and I NEVER mess my nails up. I love this place they are all so nice & they have a lot of patience which is necessary to deal with me lol read more

I am not from the area & had done prior research to pick a quick fill for my nails. They were extremely nice & gave me the ombré style for free by being a first time customer! I'm picky with the shape and she did it exactly the way I like it without even asking! Only gave 4 stars due to the cleanliness, not that they aren't clean, I just tend to have higher standards for 5 stars, but would definitely go back again. read more

My one and only nail salon for years! Since they opened! I always make an appointment and rarely have to wait, the one or two times I did wait, it was only a few minutes. Kolika and Tea are my favorites for my fingernails! I get the pink & white-lasts for 2+ weeks. I always get compliments on my nails. I've been going to Kim's nails for a while now. The first time I went, I just happened to be in the area but typically it's not convenient for me to go there. I have acrylic nails and they do such an amazing job that I am willing to go out of my way. Once in awhile I really can't get there and I'm desperate so I stop in another nail salon. I regret it every time. Within a day or two they start chipping and peeling. I do a lot of yard work in the summer. Sometimes moving heavy rocks and when Kim's does my nails they stay perfect. Having been in customer service for years, I really appreciate how friendly everyone is. There are employees there that I've never gone to but they always smile and talk to everyone and not just their client. They definitely make you feel welcome! read more

I go to Kim's religiously; every two weeks! The nail techs are great and very personable. It is easy to carry on a conversation with many of the staff members, and I never feel unwelcome there. Getting my nails done never feels like a chore, because I love going to Kim's to chat with Kolika, my nail technician. I've been a customer of Kim's Nail Spa for several years, and have transitioned from acrylic nails to gel manicures. My nails always look great, and my polish rarely chips. I am currently into the new stamp designs they offer, and I have gotten many compliments at work about how "awesome" my nails look. I need my nail polish to be strong to outlast each day, because I work with children, and have not had any major issues with the work that has been done on my nails. The facility is clean, and the instruments are always sanitized. I'm almost two weeks into a gel manicure as I type this, and my nails still look great! read more

Not a good pedicure. Several nails were cut crookedly, not enough scrubbing/buffing, and the nail tech guy insisted on yanking my feet around pretty aggressively. Won't be coming back here. read more

After several issues with poor quality, I decided to give them another try since the location was convenient for me. The girl who was doing my nails was extremely rude. She left a significant amount of old product on my nails and started putting fresh products on top of the old. I asked her to please finish taking the old product off and she just ignored me then told me that she knew how to do her job. I finally had to tell her to stop and got someone else to finish my nails. I believe her name was Tia but not totally sure since they don't where name tags or introduce themselves. I asked to speak to the manager or owner but it turns out there is no manager there so no wonder the quality has gone down so much and the workers are allowed to treat the customers like crap. Needless to say, I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there either. So disappointing. read more

This place is great! Everyone is so friendly. I get acrylic pin and white with gel overlay. You can go to either Ra or Kalika. They both do a great job. All summer I work in my yard in the dirt and never a problem. I'm also a neurotic hand washer and I always wait to long for fills. My nails never lift and because of the shape people always think they're my real nails. read more

I like the staff and their work..BUT... Cleanliness is very poor! They use a quick spray of mr bubbles and rinse it off to clean pedi tubs!They wash scrub brushes in the water you are soaking feet in..ewww I can't imagine this is meeting code! read more

I came here yesterday for a new full set. I explained that I like white tips with gel over the acrylic. Simple enough right?!?!? When she put my gel coat on after sitting for an hour, the acrylic turned yellow. Like really yellow. But not everywhere just in streaks. So my nails looked dirty. When I asked her why she didn't really answer me, she just seemed annoyed and started filing the gel off. She put more gel on but my nails were still yellow. When I asked her to give me my money back because I was going to have to go get them fixed somewhere else she copped an attitude. She called two different people and made me sit there while she spoke to them in a different language. Then she proceeded to remove the fresh set of yellow nails. She cut me to the point that I was bleeding from multiple fingers. I told her this is ridiculous and that I'm not sitting here while you're on the phone. She rudely shoved the phone in my face and told me her boss was on the phone. He asked me the same questions multiple times and gave me an attitude when I got annoyed. He told me it was closing time and if I wanted my nails fixed I'd have to come back the next day. I even told him my fingers were cut and bleeding. Seriously?!? You want me to come back?!?!? I sat there for two and a half hours to be in pain and get cut up, and you want me to come back?!? No, never will I step foot in this salon. My fingers throb and are all cut up. They were rude and waisted my time. I wish I didn't have to give the a star but I couldn't write the review otherwise. Literally worst experience. read more

The manicurist went about doing her thing and never acknowledged me for 15 minutes. When she finally did call me over, she seemed in a bad mood and like she really didn't want to help me. My daughter achieved high honor roll and had bad "winter" nails. I might splurge on nails 2ce a year and I was referred to Kim's nails by a former Hair Sylist. She was right. Kim's Nail Spa was excellent. Her full set Gel Nails received two coats of color, not one like another salon in town. Her nails still look new. They convinced me to reluctantly get my thin splitting horrid nails done too with just gel polish...8 days of abuse later and my nails are only now showing a tiny bit of wear. LOVE Kim's. Kolika is very professional and treats me like family. The facility is very clean and the staff is very professional. I have never had an issue with their work. I go faithfully every two weeks for my nails. I have a full set of pink and white gel acrylic nails. I work in a professional Law office so I have to look presentable and I would not trust anyone else with my nails. My mother and two daughters all join me on Saturday mornings at the salon for manicures so it's like a family affair and the girls in the salon love it! We joke around as if they were our family.
