Short version: she shrunk 3 $80 shirts (which no longer fit me), charged me for this, and didn't…read morehave any remorse at all after I told her what happened. AVOID! Long version: I brought 2 very nice dress shirts made with a stretchy material. I thought given the 5 star reviews, I could trust her judgment. I let her feel the material of my shirts and asked her if she could dry clean them without shrinking or damaging them at all. I said I could iron them myself if not. After feeling the material, she said that washing and then pressing the shirts was best. After I picked up my 2 shirts, I left her one more shirt because I had an important upcoming meeting. 20 minutes later I tried on one of the shirts she had dry cleaned and quickly noticed it had shrunk. I called her and ask her to please not press the 3rd shirt I had just given her (she said she had already put it in the wash). Over the phone, she assured me she wouldn't press it, but when I picked it the following day, I noticed it was pressed anyways. And, of course, it was shrunk too. In sum, she does not understand sensitive fabrics, she doesn't do what she says she'll do, and she won't admit she is wrong after ruining your clothes. AVOID!

*review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.
