Long version: I brought 2 very nice dress shirts made with a stretchy material. I thought given the 5 star reviews, I could trust her judgment. I let her feel the material of my shirts and asked her if she could dry clean them without shrinking or damaging them at all. I said I could iron them myself if not. After feeling the material, she said that washing and then pressing the shirts was best. After I picked up my 2 shirts, I left her one more shirt because I had an important upcoming meeting. 20 minutes later I tried on one of the shirts she had dry cleaned and quickly noticed it had shrunk. I called her and ask her to please not press the 3rd shirt I had just given her (she said she had already put it in the wash). Over the phone, she assured me she wouldn't press it, but when I picked it the following day, I noticed it was pressed anyways. And, of course, it was shrunk too. In sum, she does not understand sensitive fabrics, she doesn't do what she says she'll do, and she won't admit she is wrong after ruining your clothes. AVOID!

I took the pants back to them to see the chemical quarter size burn on the side of the pants. I asked to speak with the owner - he called me the next day but accused me of damaging my pants. He said his notes in his file that his employee made - said there was damaged when they were received. When I told him no way because these are pants worn to the office snd are not used to clean house. When I asked why wasn't I called if they saw the damage especially since it was so profound and a chemical burn- he said it was not his policy - he was rude, and accusatory. He then said dry clean items are washed! I told him I did not want my clothing washed ! I bring them to the dry cleaners to be dry cleaned. This was the 2nd time their customer service has been unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. The 1st time was when I asked the manager about a new employee's overcharging for 4 items. *review is based on reply to AI find-a-business conversation only*…read more TL;DR: weren't able to do a simple alteration (due to a quality that i noted in the AI chat message sent over to them) that another business had no problem with, BUT they were quick to reply and told me no without having me come in im not sure how simple of alterations they do, but it seems to be simpler than the surrounding businesses' usual. i was requesting a simple side take-in of a polyester dress with mesh overlay (notated in the AI message sent out), but they were unable to do it. for background, i am an intermediate-level DIY seamstress, with a grandmother who runs a sewing/alterations store (a state away which is why i reached out to businesses here). this is a pretty simple alteration, so i was surprised when they said they could not do it. i drove to the closest alterations place that was open, and they had no problem with the dress fabric regarding the take in (i showed the dress before i bothered trying it on to make sure) i am attaching the details yelp provided to the business as well as the conversation. the only additional thing i added to the AI was the part of the side seams with zipper in the back, maybe altering cups (after i responded to them saying that, for the other businesses to see that information) im not sure if this is a review more so on the business or AI feature. i will say- they were quick to reply and did tell me no, rather than having me come in and telling me no or potentially messing up the dress.

The second item, my favorite jacket that like a moron I wore to the stables and practically ruined. I'll admit, I had been shying away from this place because I thought they would be pricey in comparison to all the other places. However, I did some price comparisons and they are in line with normal prices. All that being said, service is great here. I usually am able to pick up my items the next day and their hours are very working friendly (they open at 6:30AM!!).
