I'm definitely high-maintenance when it comes to my hair, and Rebecca and Cody always exceed my expectations. They're incredibly talented, professional, and genuinely care about getting everything just right. Now my teenage daughter comes here too, and Amber has been amazing with her. There were 5 people scheduled at the same time. One poor woman had been waiting since 11:15...and hadn't made it to the chair yet! Yet she took phone call after phone call just chopping it up with whomever it was that was obviously more important than her paying customers! What a lack of professionalism! Such a complete disregard of others time. Completely unacceptable!
