After checking the eyes and making prescription they "insisted" that I also did the "contact lens power" tests. I told them I did not need it for now. But I had to do that too as they were relentless, the tests trial took another 3 visits and one over the call discussion before it was finalised and the doctor got highly impatient by the time we finalised that what was comfortable to me to wear and not what she was insisting me to agree with. Also at the outset I had informed them that I would be getting my glasses done at another place as I could not home on to the frames that they had on the display. Fast forward... the glasses' prescription were not right and I was sent to the her being my OD to get the prescription corrected. Dr Michael was cold (rather rude) & said it will be so when they don't use nice quality of glasses that can make a transition quick enough.. really ? These are the best in the class High Index glasses of a reputed brand .. plus the frame I chose is a Mont Blanc, yet she kept mocking at the glasses overall and was very curt. Is that how a professional behaves with their patient??? only coz a better brand of frame and glass quality were chosen over what they have in house and it was informed at the time of the first consultation, that i only needed my eyes to be examined. yesterday with how she behaved, I was left with a feeling of ... "what just happened" for her to be so rude, for looking through and for being extremely sarcastic, repeatedly. Will not recommend the place.
