Dr. Lucey performed cataract surgery on me on June 12th, 2017, and I was absolutely impressed with the whole procedure from start to finish. She is a professional in all senses of the word; she explained the process clearly; she got to know me as a person, and she did a superb job of removing the cataract and giving me perfect vision in the operated eye. There was excellent follow-up after the operation as well. Her staff both in her Enfield office and at the Johnson Hospital surgery center were also courteous, friendly, supportive, and effective in all that they did to support Dr. Lucey before, during, and after the procedure. Extremely skilled eye surgeon and ophthalmologist! As a doctor in her own practice, she devotes the time necessary to individualize care for each patient. I have been going to Dr. Lucey for quite a while and this past year my cataracts got worse and in the past 6 weeks, I had to have lenses replaced in both eyes.
