Walter's had done some work but not recently so I knew they would be the ones to call for our well. After speaking to Shawn and telling him what was happening he said he was able to stop by today which I was extremely pleased and happy with that fact. Since Covid is so bad especially in this area he gave me instructions about explaining he would be wearing a mask, gloves and honoring social distancing. I appreciated that greatly. After checking on the outside well he came in and checked the basement set up. Shawn found the problem, was able to fix it and we were very relieved that he was able to find and repair the problem. The service was great and I feel confident with the expertise and professionalism shown by Shawn. I will definitely recommend and refer anyone with well troubles to Walter's Well in Delta.

Everything they did they walked me through. They ever showed up before my appoint today to do the work for me. I was at work and they had come and gone by the time I got home. First call went fine when asked if they could come out at see what's wrong. Had to call us back because "he needed help" to just simply see what's going on. Couldn't come out until Monday. When told we would probably have to call and see if someone else could come look at it before then, he instantly changed his attitude to snobby and absolutely rude. Water is essential when we have farm animals and children. When told that he got even more aggressive and demanded WE call him and tell him if we found someone else to come look at it. Horrible attitude, obviously doesnt want business. Will not reccomend. Will NOT be giving him a call back. Bad business. If I could give negavite stars i would!
