This place was Killer!!! Walked in the door was promptly greeted by a friendly staff member who asked if we were with Yelp. I told her my name and she proceeded to give us the information we needed to go to the counter and order food. Upon walking to the counter I noticed this beautiful mural on the wall and how nice and clean everything is(I know it's new, but I hope it can stay this way). We reviewed it here menu, there are several options to choose from and even chicken sandwiches. We decided to go with the classic burger. I got seasoned fries and my boyfriend got the salted fries. We got our drinks which I picked Pepsi zero, love this! They have other options such as beer and frozen drinks. As well as different kinds of syrup to try in your drink. We waited for our food to come out and admired the dining area. I sat on the nice wooden bench and my boyfriend sat in the chair. We did notice the music was a little on the loud side but I get it! The place is new and they gotta work all the kinks out. This was my only negative experience. Burgers came out within 5-7 minutes. Oh my goodness, this burger was so flavorful and juicy. I got the peanut butter pickle bacon burger, my daughter got the meathead burger and my wife got the classic burger. You are asked if you want your burger cooked with pink or no pink (well or medium well). On the surface, the peanut butter pickle burger might look odd and a bit gimmicky, but it's really not. I myself have done all-beef hotdogs with peanut butter in the past. The combination of peanuts and beef appear in various traditional cuisines (a Thai staple for example would be a beef satay with peanut sauce). The burger was good; they all were. Juicy, cooked to the appropriate temp, everyone enjoyed their meal. My only criticism is with the potato fries. I wanted to really like them. The outside are crisp and golden, not soggy or flavorless. Visually, they look flawless. However, they are almost all fry and no potato. They are so dense, my jaw actually started getting tired chewing them; kind of like when you are chewing your way through a tough bag of beef jerky. The service was fast and easy. First time being there so asked for recommendations and the cashier was knowledgeable. First walked in and everyone yelled to greet us. The food was overpriced, I ordered the Jose M burger which was good the meat needed just a tad bit more seasoning but it was okay! The best part for me was the fries and the lemonade along with many different flavors to add to your drink! Downside of this place was the price for three burgers , two drinks was over $55 the packaging for the ketchup and mayo was difficult to open. Other than that I'd revisit to place to try other menu items as well as their fries! They had great music playing the whole time and really nice murals and drawings on the wall. None of our 6 burgers were labeled, and when we opened them all up to find who's was who's, none of them were what we had ordered, except for one. And even that one wasn't quite right. The lemonade was filled after i completely ate my meal. The table clean up was so slow that I cleared my table and the guest after me had to shift trash from one table to the next. Clearly the staff had a lot to discuss in the back between the grill area and fridge because they were there during my order, while waiting for my meal, a quarter of a way through my meal, halfway through, and after I finished. We tried Killer Burger at the request of my husband. I got the Motley Que, the Teemah, and two purists for my family. I had the Motley Que, which by the time I finished the burger, all I tasted was the grease from the fried onions. My family said their burgers tasted very basic, underseasoned, and we were better off just grilling our our own. I agree. The lack of flavor and quality was disappointing considering the price.
