I had dinner with my wife and two toddlers this evening and we had the most amazing experience. We are regulars here and they have always provided excellent service and the food and atmosphere is always top notch. Tonight was a real show in a business going above and beyond. Everything was going fine as usual during our meal. I never had to ask for a refill on my drink and our server, Alex, made sure we were taken care of with everything else. When it was time to pay our bill they had a very minor issue with one of their payment systems which was no big deal. They right away offered WAY more than what I thought was necessary and when I insisted it was no big deal they would not budge. What they did was a class act on making sure they appreciate their customers. They have earned a loyal customer for life. And we already told our family about the incident who also agreed. This is the best pizza I have had since moving to Texas. I have been here for about 6 years and have had all kinds of different pizzas from all kinds of different places. I am a Chicago Native and never thought I would like pizza this much outside of Chicago Pizza. It was even good getting it delivered from Uber Eats. So I imagine it is even better when eating in the restaurant. I had a large original sausage, and we got a small Pioneer. Both were great. We also had an order of wings. Which were pretty good. I will be a repeat customer whenever I have a taste for pizza. If you haven't tried it you should give it a try. The price is fair and the quality is there. read more

I was looking forward to trying this place based on all the raving reviews. My experience was quite disappointing. We got several different things to try the menu out. 1. Brick bread- too much seasoning 2. lil darling- this was not what I expected. It was not great, but yet the best thing we ordered. 3. Meatballs- they were okay; a little too heavily seasoned 4. Original submarine- not enough cheese 5. Original remodel- tasted like there was nothing but tomato sauce on the pizza 6. Original pig riot - way too heavily seasoned 7. The Killa Pie is good but the bar surprised me. I ordered a pepperoni and chicken pie and it delivered. It was a pick up and once I got it home, the crust was not as crunchy as I would have liked but was probably because I hung out at the bar for a drink. Aside from the lack of crunch, the flavor was spot on. Back to the bar; I met Tristan, the bar manager and he gave me a little history on their concept. He mentioned the full bar and I asked what their "signature" drink would be. He said "That would be our Old Fashion". I am a fan and wanted to try it out. He mentioned that they make their own Bitters so I was intrigued. Grace made one up for me and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It was fresh and just the right amount of sweetness. It is an accurate explanation of your current way of doing business. Not having delivery is completely understandable. Not having to go orders defies understanding. Are we to assume that you have no boxes for dine in customers who need to take leftovers home? If so, that is kind of shocking. But I have to assume you have to go boxes. That would naturally lead to being able to fulfill to go orders. Again, not asking for delivery. Just an opportunity to purchase a to go order for taking home. read more

Service was good despite how wildly busy the restaurant was. Clearly there are a few things rough around the edges that will come with any newly opened restaurant. The check in process was a little chaotic and there were only tiny boxes for taking home leftovers (we had 3 of them lol), but these didn't affect the meal. I'm confident this will get sorted out. This is exactly what Prosper needs - a cool place to enjoy a drink and eat some good food. The ambiance here is noisy but entertaining. There are TVs playing the latest sports game, loud music, but it's not annoying. I came here with my family which includes 3 young children and they had a great time people watching. Don't expect to have a quiet, intimate convo with anyone. Pizza is delicious and very filling. Not good for the diet, but good for the soul. The only thing I didn't like - you couldn't tell who was a staff member and who wasn't. There's no uniform or iconic clothing so the waiters look like the customers. read more

Really good pizza!! We got to the restaurant about 4pm which is when they open. We were greeted at the door & seated immediately. Our server was very friendly... wish I remembered her name. She made some recommendations... we ordered the meatballs to start & my daughter got a side Caesar salad... both were really good. Meatballs came with toasted bread sticks which was great to eat the sauce with. We ordered the Celestial Pizza (cheese) for the kiddos with the thinner crust. Hubby & I had the Pig Riot (I think that's what it was called) with the thicker crust... very good. Loved every bite. We also got the dessert bar and split that between the four of us. All very good. Don't waste your time. They obviously weren't ready to open and rushed it just to make some quick cash. Open tables, no servers, hostess is clueless, and when you can't get a pizza after an hour wait they won't give you it to go, they basically tell you too bad, go home, you should have called ahead. Oh wait....I did. Multiple times and there's only a recorded message telling their hours and saying they have call ahead seating but nobody actually answers the phone. What a joke. Not that surprising since it's the same owners of MASH'D which has always been terribly managed and a clown show. Another worthless addition to gates of prosper. Lol...all you have to do is look at the owners response to see what type of establishment this place is. Shameful. They could care less about their customers. Another day another dollar is all they care about. And don't worry Shane...my family and friends will happily support other local businesses that actually know what customer service means. Delicious pizza - not quite Detroit style pizza but close enough to satisfy this Michigan transplant. I ordered online and picked up my food at the promised time. Staff opened the door for me upon my arrival and the hostess greeted me promptly and warmly. We enjoyed a Pig Riot and Pioneer, I enjoyed both but prefer the Pioneer. My only regret is that I wish my introduction to Killa Pie had been a dine in experience because a) the staff at the restaurant is awesome and b) I am very curious about several items on the menu and would love to learn more about their interesting options.
