I called in the early afternoon, and on the busiest weekend of the year, they promised to have someone come and check out the unit. Larry came out that night, and stayed to fix what was a previous mistake, plus install new equipment to make the AC unit work. Not only did they not charge to correct the wiring problem, but the new charges were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to get price gauged because it was an "emergency" situation on the busiest weekend of the year, but they were honest, and did not overcharge at all. When I confronted the delivery driver his response was to stop the pump and go to my neighbors house and pump the remainder. I understand accidents happen, called the company and explained the incident. Two weeks later, I receive a bill in the mail requesting me to pay for the oil they pumped into my house without my permission. I called to resolve the matter and they offered to give me a discount on the bill. A discount for oil I did not ask for. The company made the mistake and wanted me to pay for it. To treat non-customers this way shows money fuels their business instead of values and integrity.
