We went here for a friends birthday party. They have a play structure with a slide that leads into a ball pit, a big blowup slide, a small bounce house, and a blow up obstacle course. There is a little area with a train table and pretend farmers market. My daughter enjoyed playing with everything. My biggest issue is the safety or lack there of. When you enter there is a teenager there that asks you to sign a waiver then send you in your way to play. No stamps for you and your kid, no wrist bands, nothing. When you leave there was no one checking to make sure your leaving with the kids you came with. I have a big issue with going to an indoor play area that doesn't have anything in place to insure my child leaves with me. read more

We went here out of desperation with the cold weather and ice today -- we had a blast! We took our 4.5-year old and 6-year old. We were lucky because a birthday party had just gone into the party room, which cleared out the place for us. The slides, toy rooms, and main play area (with an awesome trampoline) were fantastic! I brought my toddler here only because the other indoor playground I normally use was booked. Upon arrival around 5:30, the place was incredibly dark and gloomy. There are hardly any lights. I didn't see a single hand sanitizer despite being temp checked at the door. The cost was too high ($11+) for a toddler. It's nearly double the price as the other local indoor playground with half of the play area. I found the main play area to need some cleaning and dangerous for toddlers. There's an area right next to the trampoline that was filled with trash that had fallen and wasn't cleaned. I didn't see any cleaning take place while we were there, although it was only for 45 minutes. The bridge had gaps where toddlers could easily slip through. The toy areas to the side were mediocre. There is only a handful of snacks offered. For a $12 entrance fee, it was a bit of a disappointment. Lastly, the location isn't great. For a mother and child after 5 PM, it's dark and hidden away. The bathroom was actually very clean. I think this place has potential for sure but just needs some improvements. It could be a great place for kiddos. read more

Went on a Sunday morning and the place was crowded. That makes you realize how big and good the place is there was enough to keep every kid occupied. Good bounce tracks and 2 ball pits. Clean and well laid out, for just 6 bucks this is a good option. Unlike Chibis this has a lot more to offer even for older kids. read more

This place is fun....I find it the most fun out of all of them in the area. I find it's a good value for two hours worth of play. Kidz Plaza has a perfect combination of blow ups, toddler play area and jungle gym components along with private birthday party rooms that can be rented. One main complaint is no security at the door, no way to control which parents came with which kids, as well as a lack of seating for adults. Staff is friendly, facility is clean. read more

I like Kidz Plaza, I've taken my son there one to two times a month since June 2013. I think they had just opened up. They have definitely gone down hill a bit already and I hope they start working on their upkeep. The balls are way lower than they used to be, now I worry my son will get hurt jumping into the ball pit, Most of the batteries in toys are dead and the train table looks sadder and sadder every time we go. As of now it's still a great time out for my 2.5 year old. They have two areas with different toys, a large fun climbing structure that includes a winding slide with balls at the bottom, a small trampoline, small ball pit, a fun moon bounce obstacle course, tall moon bounce slide and a smaller moon bounce. Great place just hoping it starts going uphill instead of downhill. read more

Came here on a Friday around 4:15pm. Turns out they close at 5, which is the earliest of all the indoor playgrounds around here. But, we were already here and so we decided to stay. Their normal fee is $10 for 2 hours of play time. The lady at the front desk refused to prorate the fee even though we were only going to get 45 minutes of playtime! I mean, even at $5, they would have made their fee and it would have been fair to the customer. Beware! This is totally bad customer service. read more

I took my twins, who are almost 3 today to this indoor play space and was very happy with our experience. It is brand new, so very clean, but also still working out some of the kinks- not a problem, just an observation. It would be nice if they had a clock on the wall somewhere, a few boxes of tissues and more trash cans, but that's really minor and will probably happen. Overall, my kids had a great time, a great work-out and really burned some energy! They LOVED the ball pits, the giant slide and bouncy castle/trampoline (although the safety of that is questionable, but that's my feeling on trampolines). The giant climbing frame is very big, but you can see into it, so I could track my 2 children easily from the outside. There were also two play areas with toys that allowed for some quiet play too. The owner/staff were very friendly and helpful and open to suggestions. We had a great time and will be back (especially before it catches on and starts getting crowded!)! read more

We go here often to play with friends. It is a great play place. This one has bouncy castles and slides, a large jungle gym area, a ball pit, and two other areas with trains, toy kitchen and smaller toys. It's a great place for young children. 10 dollars for two hours is a deal and the kids always have a great time. There is also an area to have food and drinks and for parents to sit. We had my child's bday party there and it was fantastic! Well worth the money and the kids had so much fun! Kidz Plaza was cheaper than other places I compared and had a longer time allowance. All the kids had a great time. I was starting to get frustrated with the broken toys too, but they recently replaced a lot of toys so things that were broken, like the train track, are working now. read more

I did my 3 year old's birthday party here. It is a really nice place for toddlers. Plenty of blowups / bouncy things for kids to love. There is a play area for babies as well. My kid had a great time here. They also provide drinks for all and plastic ware which is a plus. However, it is very painful for the parents and I would never do my kids party here again. There are a lot of places with the same blowups / play area around ashbun / sterling area and I rather pick a great place with great customer service. Customer service here is pretty bad. 1. I did a private pary from 5:00 to 7:00 PM where this place is booked only for my party. The cost for this is $160 more than the party where puplic is allowed in the play area during your party. The people from the previous party and the public present there did not leave until 5:15 / 5:20 pm. 2. I was asked to arive 15 min. before the start time to help with set up / decoration. I didn't get the party room until 5:00 pm when my guests had already started to arrive. I was told I will get one dedicated person to help and 2 people to help on and off. I only got 1 person to help. The other 2 people told me they are busy. 3. Everyone was asked to go to the pary room at 6:15 pm and they started deflating all the blow-ups / bouncy things and started to close all the play areas. Some of the kids were done eating and wanted to play more and some kids came late so they quickly ate so that they could play more but they were now allowed to do that. I paid for the place from 5:00 to 7:00 but didnt have access to the entire place until 7:00 which is so wrong. 4. I and the dedicated person were the only ones wraping up and the other 2 "helpers" that I was told I can get were just watching us. When I asked for help they said they can't as they have to do other "closing things" for the place. 5. I got out by 7:10 and they charged me for the extra time I stayed in. What bothers me is that they didn't refund me for the extra time that the previous party people or the general public was there during my party time (they all didn't leave until 5:15 / 5:20) even though I paid for that time. 6. The reception person during the weekend is unfriendly and rude and totally not helpful. Overall horrible experience for the parent. Kids enjoyed but they will enjoy at any bouncy / play area. read more

My 4 year old loved this place. It was super clean and there was so much for her to do: ball pits, a long slide, a small trampoline, a multi level obstacle course, multiple bounceys, and a bunch of smaller play areas with other activities. They even have one of those floor keyboards like in the movie BIG. All the places around here are pretty much the same deal: $10 for about 2 hours of play. In response to the first review... They have a machine specifically for cleaning the ball pit (saw it on the website). I didn't feel the place was too big or unsafe. Kids get hurt when they play but I didn't see anything that was any more unsafe than the rest of the world. This is one of the worst establishments I've ever step foot in. The place is horribly messy as toys are just everywhere! It makes a huge safety hazard. The toys also all looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks if ever at all. I noticed that the lady at the front desk did not pay attention to anything going on as her phone was much more important than my childrens safety. Went to kidz plaza for the first time. The staff- not so friendly. They definitely seemed like they didn't want to be there. The facility is bigger than Chibis. More room to run and play. But it is a lot more chaotic than Chibis. I'm not sure of the maximum occupancy- but it felt like it should've had reached it by 11am. It was very crowded. I'll just stick with chibis. read more

Staff does not enforce rules. I don't like explaining to my toddler why we have to follow the rules when everyone else doesn't. Not following the rules makes the place dirty and unsafe. Also, the equipment is not being maintained. Toys are broken, the big inflatable is not inflated enough for jumping, and the ball pits are now way too shallow. When this place first opened, I loved it. But after my last two experiences there, I will NOT be back. read more

Just held my 4 year old's birthday party there for private party for 15 adults and 25 children (ages 2-12) in December. Everyone had a blast! The facilities were clean, we could bring in our own food, and all the equipment was safe enough for adults to climb and follow their children into. The two party consultants there were very pleasant and helpful. There was one lady and her son who were taking their time leaving the place during our private party time and the party consultants politely escorted them out. I would highly recommend this place for a kids birthday event that will tire your kids out with all of the fun things to climb, slide, jump and crawl through. read more

If there was a 6th star then KP deserves that too! There are a million kids playgrounds in the area but Kidz Plaza is unique and I think it is because of the ownership. The owners are themselves parents to toddlers and know exactly what parents and kids want from a playground. One can absolutely feel the care and attention that has gone into the place. My friend and I have boys with the same birthday. We decided on Kidz Plaza for their birthday party because of the friendly customer service and excellent venue. We live in Gainesville...so it's a little bit of a drive (40 minutes), but SO worth it! They do an excellent job of keeping the place clean and safe for the kiddos. Also, the owner's as well as employees are extremely accommodating. This has by far, been the best place I've taken my son too and I cannot rave enough about the cleanliness! They really take pride in their establishment. The boy's 2nd birthday was a hit with all the moms and I really appreciate everything that Kidz Plaza did to ensure it went off without a hitch. I highly recommend them! If you want a safe and clean environment with tons of activities (A 3 story jungle gym with trampoline and ball bit, 3 bounce houses and 2 or 3 sections for baby play), this is the place! read more

Great place for kids to burn off some energy! I take my son often and he loves it every time. He has yet to warm up to the moon bounces, but he's only 2.5, so things like that still intimidate him. There is a ton of other things for him to play with, though! I couldn't help but laugh at another reviewer that complained the place is "too big." Seriously??? That's the best part about it! :) That same lady also worried about safety... Well, it's not a babysitting drop off; you're still supposed to be watching your kids there. The place is good for kids under 6 years old . My daughter who's about 5 loves going there , however I am not too fond of the host /front lady . She has some attitude issues and doesn't talk nicely with anyone , including kids. After getting the money and signing off all she does is sit and browse the Internet . Today she let a big lady jump on the moonbounce along with the kids (and boy was she loud ....intimidating all the kids atound her !!! ) and when asked about the adults being allowed she said it's only because her daughter is so young .... In no way was her daughter any younger than the rest of the kids in the play area . I just don't like this selective policy .... here . Rules should be for all .. don't you think ?? read more

So much fun! It's great for all ages, and the staff is great!!! It's also so affordable!!!!! My 11 month old daughter had an absolute blast in the ball pit, trampoline, bouncy houses, and with the mirrors haha! I had my daughter's private party yesterday and they get one star only because they provided the sodas and water. The place looks really nice but when you look closely there are several broken toys and some pieces that were broken in the crawlers area were extremely unsafe (had screws coming out, wood splinters). My biggest disappointment was to find out the place closes at 5 and my private $550 two hour party started at 5 how the hell does that make sense come to find out they don't even clean the the toys or the people before my party started to show up. So at 5:05pm I finally had to tell te front desk girl to get everyone out ASAP as my guest were arriving. I've been to the house of bounce and will recommend it over this place because they are more organized, clean and plan well. Big disappointment from kidz plaza it's such a nice facility that I hope they turn it around. As of now I will NOT recommend this place to anyone I know. read more

We went to Kids plaza today. We sat at the table area right in front of the front desk. Few min later, lady who works at the front desk comes to us and asked us to put a wrist band that has a time stamp indicating two hours. First we thought this is a new policy they put up or something but noticed that we (3 of us Asian) was the only group who were wearing it. And we noticed that there was a birthday party going on, so we thought they were trying to differentiate the party group and us, so I've asked another gentleman without the wrist band but he says he was not involved with the birthday party. So we watched new customers coming in but she or any other employees who worked at the front desk didn't ask them to put any wrist bands. So we've asked the male workers and they said they never had any wrist bands requirement. So why are we so special? We felt discriminated as none of the Caucasian or African american were not asked to wear the wrist band but us 3 Asians, and they won't let us know her name either. Methinks not if you decide to go there if you are Asian you will have to wear wrist band. read more
